カーサ サン ファン(Casa San Juan)

A nice little boutique hotel 20 mins walk from the Central Plaza. Staff and owner are friendly. Breakfast is on the 1st floor terrace, which is very cosy.

Very quaint and lovely place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was also good.

The rooms are not equipped with hairdryers and upon request the lady told me that she didn't have any and that she couldn't do anything about it. The wi-fi does not work properly (in the rooms it doesn't work). Once we entered the room we immediately heard a strange buzzing of insects coming from one of the wooden beams (it was full), there was a real nest. Also there were some big insects around the room (like cockroaches) and wood butterflies. Furthermore, the bed sheets were full of stains of liquids similar to blood/pus at the height of the legs, indicating that there had been several insect bites on the previous unfortunate victims. We asked to change rooms and for the first night they put us in an "emergency" room, similar to a closet and the second night in a room without insect infestations but still with the blankets full of stains. Last unpleasant surprise, despite breakfast starting at 7:00, when we showed up they told us that unfortunately it wasn't ready yet and that we would have to wait at least another twenty minutes (we couldn't wait because we had a visit scheduled, so we lost the money of breakfast). Terrible hotel, not recommended. Absolutely avoid!!!!!!

This was the nicest place we stayed on our trip. Very charming. Really beautifully decorated hotel room. Nice restaurant. Good location near the centre of town but not right in the busy area. Had a nice balcony to relax with hammocks. Extremely clean. Laundry was available. Staff were helpful and friendly

This place was beautiful and easy to find. The people there are super nice and my husband got to meet the owner and he was really nice as well. Place was nice, quiet and friendly. Definitely recommended. And it has a restaurant too. Good food.

Construction around facility was the only thing that affect pur stay. The rest was an overall great condirions.

A good balance betwen Price and service. Not fancy But I will use It again

We had a beautiful, cool room on the ground floor. It is about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the main square, felt very safe. And 10 minutes walk to cenote Zaci (go in the morning, definitely worth a visit). Breakfast had many options and staff was very polite.

Rude reception staff , dead slimey bird in the pool ,staff didnt notice! Wouldnt book a taxi for us unless it was for a tour, couldnt book Uber due to bad internet so had to walk into town or take your luck hailing a taxi. No one to help you take your luggage up 3 flights of narrow rickety stairs. The Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful is the only good thing I can say. There was also a white plaster dust substance falling from the ceiling in our room that coated everything.
