Excellent location, parking within the property, comfortable room and well maintaned small open courtyard. Very happy with our choice.

Our stay, originally planned for just a few days, unexpectedly extended to almost a week due to unforeseen medical circumstances. Despite the prolonged stay, the majority of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodated. Their exceptional service truly made a difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a more comfortable experience. The hotel itself was well-maintained and provided a clean and cozy environment for our stay. We appreciated the effort put into keeping the rooms and facilities in good condition. While there were some areas for improvement, such as the inconsistent service from a few staff members and the disappointing experience at the hotel restaurant, overall, we enjoyed our time there. We would recommend exploring the surrounding dining options for a more satisfying culinary experience. Despite the challenges we faced, the warmth and dedication of the majority of the staff made our extended stay more manageable and memorable.

Stunning hotel with amazing location! Loved the old meets new atmosphere. Reception was so helpful in providing recommendations for local eats and tours. Beds were nice and clean. Only gave 2 towels when we are a family of 4...but they provided more when requested. Right next to main square!

Close to main square, shops and restaurants. Well appointed but without the hype and price of neighboring hotels.

Room is starkly furnished, one petite chair and tiny drum table in the room. King size bed is wide but short. Everything else is outstanding.

Property is located within walking distance from bus station, restaurants, and Cenote Zaci!

This hotel has both a colonial and a newly renovated flair. The rooms were very comfortable; staff was friendly. I would highly recommend it. It is two blocks from the cathedral and two blocks from the ADO bus terminal.

Top quality hotel in the centre of Valladolid. Comfortable room, parking on site and well located.

Absolutely beautiful property, very glad we stayed here. Staff were friendly and accommodating, we were given a room on 5th floor and whilst it would have been beautiful my mum is not great with heights and elevators and the staff moved our room immediately without hesitation. The property is stunning and well maintained and rooms are spacious, comfortable and incredible clean! I will be returning to this property!
