Hotel Valldemossa is a 5-star hotel, but with at least a 6-star service (their attention to detail is second to none). Manager Selim was not only professional, but so friendly and personable. It took us well over an hour to check in to our room because we were having great conversations over the welcome cava and cold beer. This is not the place that makes you feel like an opportunity for business, the whole crew has the friendliest attitude and service. There’s no need for my comment on the hotel facility, quality of the breakfast and the amazing location and sceneries. If you happen to find yourself visiting Chopin’s home, this hotel will not disappoint. Thank you Selim for your wonderful hospitality, hope to visit again! Cheers!

Formerly the farm of the Carthusian monastery, there are stunning views from every aspect of this beautifully renovated hotel. Our suite with terrace was chic, considered and comfortable. Dinner at De Tokio a Lima, ( multiple gluten free options / allergen information clearly denoted on the menu and a wine list to suit most tastes and budgets), was fabulous as was breakfast on the terrace the following morning. The staff are warm and professional and went out of their way to make my partner’s birthday special. A memorable stay.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing setting, the only hotel we have stayed at that has a 360 degree view of the surrounding mountains and villages. Room was well appointed with stunning views. Hotel is a 5 minute walk into Valldemossa, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. The only thing missing was higher end restaurants that required a drive.

We had a wonderful honeymoon. Thank you. It's a bit of a shame that I couldn't enjoy it 100 percent because of the wind. But the accommodation was perfect!

A truly fantastic hotel, beautifully set in the stunning natural surroundings of Valldemossa and thoughtfully designed to blend into the landscape, with natural colours, eco‑friendly materials, and a genuinely sustainable approach (no single‑use plastics here!). Our room was just beautiful and extremely comfortable, the food outstanding at both breakfast and dinner, and the service excellent throughout. Housekeeping were so discreet we never saw them, yet the room was always immaculate, with turndown perfectly timed while we were at dinner. The facilities are excellent — from the swimming pool to the spa and sauna — but above all it is the staff who make this place so special. Warm, professional, and clearly loving what they do, their genuine care and enthusiasm made our stay truly memorable and are a big reason we will very likely return.

Wow, what a property truly a “sanctuary”. We stayed one night and wish it could have been a week. We maximized our time enjoying all that the hotel had to offer-enjoyed the private pool, wandered the grounds and relished the beautiful surroundings, the impeccable interior and exterior design of the hotel and grounds. Tim G was the perfect guide/host, Anna the manger made sure our experience was perfectly tailored to our needs (we were celebrating 36 years of marriage) and Jessica and staff at the De Tokio Lima restaurant made our dinner truly memorable (in our top 50 ever dining experiences). We look forward to returning and also experiencing other “It Mallorca” brand hotels/properties.
