The hotel was an amazing colonial house filled with beautiful furniture and paintings. One feels at home!! The garden is stunning with wild tropical plants that flower and brighten the place up. Along with this the beautiful sound of the exotic birds everyday!! The hosts Cristina and Miguel are amazing warm people that welcome you into the house offering the best service. The staff are very kind and welcoming too and always have a smile on their faces. Truly amazing place in a beautiful town. A town so culturally rich that one trip isn’t enough to see it and learn it all! We are definitely coming back and bringing more people from the UK 🇬🇧

Great experience. I would rate this hotel and the people who manage and operate this location as exceptional. The hotel has a great atmosphere. It used to be a home that was converted to a hotel so it has a great personality and the rooms were very comfortable. The grounds are lovely and the breakfast is top-notch. Anything you needed the staff went out of their way to make sure you were satisfied.

The staff was very polite and very nice and the rooms and the common area. We’re very beautiful.

A wonderful ideally centrally located and marvellously decorated historical house dating back from 1680. The staff are amazingly friendly and professional. They took excellent care of us. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. The garden is a haven of greenery. Breakfast is nice and quickly served with delicious coffee, fresh fruit juice and exquisite pan blandito. Furthermore, Wi-Fi is extremely fast and there is a spacious car park free of charge nearby. The only drawback we could identify was the slightly cool water in the bathroom.

Muuuy cómodo todo, increíble lugar, muchísimos detalles de decoración, atención 100 puntos. La pileta hermosa, todo súper cuidado. Nos encantó. Las camas son suuuper cómodas, la habitación con cero sonidos, el jardín es muy hermoso, repleto de plantas

Excelente hotel. El personal ofrece una inmejorable atención y servicio a cada uno de los huéspedes. La ubicación del hotel en el centro de la ciudad, hace que los principales sitios de atracción estén muy cerca, y sea muy fácil desplaz**** a todas partes.

Ein perfekter Ort, um in die Kultur und Geschichte von Valledupar einzutauchen. Die Zimmer sind mit allem gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, der tropische Garten ein verwunschenes Paradies, das Personal hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und liebevoll zubereitet. Das Hotel liegt im historischen Zentrum ruhig und dennoch umgeben von etlichen Restaurants etc.

Es un excelente lugar para descansar, conectar con la naturaleza, encontrar paz y tranquilidad. Con un excelente servicio al cliente, todo el personal muy atento, respetuoso, muy pendiente de cada detalle, que hace que uno se sienta en familia.
