What a wonderful hotel and experience. The hotel is brand new, clean and shining in every way. Very tastefully decorated. Big comfortable rooms. The hotel sits on beautiful grounds with spectacular scenery all around. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helful staff. Very well located in order to explore the very lush and beautiful areas of Northern Portugal for a lovely and quiet getaway. The restaurant next door has very good local Portuguese food at reasonable prices with huge portions, with a very friendly owner, Jose, to guide it all. Great experience all around and highly recommended.

Cotto Do Gatto was by far the nicest place we have stayed in Portugal. The staff were very helpful, the whole place was perfectly clean and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We woke up to the sight of wild horses just 20m from our balcony. Just wish we could have stayed longer, hopefully we will return in the future.

New and super nice hotel, rooms decorated well, balcony with great view, nice pool, restaurant nearby if you want to have dinner. A lot of space outside and inside, stuff was great and helped with any request/concern we had. Highly recommend!

I first stayed at Cotto do Gato for a business event, and I enjoyed the experience so much that I knew I'd come back. I have now returned with my husband and pet dog and it was another wonderful experience. The staff is amazing, super friendly, polite and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable and with a wonderful cosy feeling, not to mention the amazing view from the balcony. The breakfast has a lot of variety and once again the staff will provide with everything you need, including any special request. I know that this was not the last time I've stayed at Cotto do Gato.

Este lindo hotel superou as nossas expectativas. Rodeado pela natureza, encontramos a paz para relaxar que precisávamos. Fomos muito bem recebidos e para quem gosta de levar o seu patudo, este local é o ideal, pois é 100% petfriendly. O pequeno almoço é excelente, com muita diversidade e fartura. E a comida do restaurante é deliciosa. Ficamos rendidos à amabilidade de todo o staff e vamos voltar em breve!

Este hotel foi sem dúvida um dos melhores em que já tive oportunidade de me hospedar. Desde o cuidado com os hóspedes, da decoração, da limpeza e sem dúvida, da suite em que fiquei, que para mim foi uma excelente surpresa ( suite Júnior). Tem um baloiço para desfrutar de uma vista deslumbrante, para tirar uma fotografia de recordação daquele momento. Hei-de recomendar este hotel vezes sem conta para uma escapadinha romântica ou até mesmo só para visitar. Super familiar, fiquei com as energias renovadas quando sai e só posso recomendar.
