La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tampa Brandon Regency Park

The lobby was nice and the staff helpful. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. I can’t rate the amenities as we just stop there to sleep.

The carpet has satins all over it. No hot water to shower with. The refrigerator didn't wprk right no matter what we did. It froze everything. The coffee maker was nasty inside where you put the water in at. The hallways was nasty. Trash cans outside overflowing with trash blowing everywhere. Almost $600.00 for 3 nights to not even have a clean room nor things that work. We had said something after we checked in and all we got was we'll have someone take at look at it and nothing was fixed nor done. It was as if sorry about your luck.

The general manager, and the staff was very pleasant, very well, run hotel. I highly recommend this to anyone extremely friendly and courteous.

I stayed for a few days and the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Room was a tad dirty but looks like srains from previous guests, the staff did clean daily. I would stay again

From the moment we walked in Korena was above and beyond welcoming and helpful. As I met the other staff all seemed to be so friendly and attentive. The room was amazingly clean and relaxing. Truly a wonderful experience and will come back again.

The staff was very nice at this facility. The property overall is in very poor condition. The common areas and the halls were all roughed up - the room was musty and the bathroom doors would not lock into place due to the spring-tabs were both broken on both doors.

We were there when the hotel was full of teenagers from Alabama. They were noisy most of the night, took over the breakfast and the lobby area. Not the hotel's fault but did not make the stay enjoyable.

It was off the beaten path. I Googled hotels close the State Fairgrounds and this property showed up...it was not by the Fairgrounds. I had an ongoing issue with the front desk about charging items to my room as well.

After reading positive reviews I was expecting a good stay. We checked in to 1st room and the floors had not been cleaned at all. 2nd room floors dirty, desk and TV stand dirty they had crumbs and plastic clothing tags on them. 3rd rooms smelled like urine so strong. 4th room we had to stay in but had boogers on the wall beside bed and in shower under curtain a fake pink finger nail and found another one under the vanity on the shelf. The desk clerk Jazzlyn was very nice and I felt bad for her as the cleaning issues was not her fault. The manager was suppose to refund 50% of our stay and still not received that. This hotel has a convenient location and could be nice if it was clean properly. I would not stay again.
