馬爾代夫酒店的環境都很優美，服務也很好！但有些細節不吐不快：1. 印度人非常喜歡去這個島，所以島上食物的整體風味可以想象！2. 島周邊風浪很大，水下很荒涼也沒什麼珊瑚和魚，不適合浮潛。3. 收費很貴，一瓶迷你可樂就要8美元，每噸飯基本都在500美元左右！4. 水上中心服務很差，自帶的備用浮潛氣瓶不給充氣，而馬代其他島之前有充過的！

這是光酒店的費用 水飛或者陸飛需要另外花錢 需要注意一下 另外一個槽點注意 在一日包兩餐 但是固定是早餐和午餐 這個沒説清楚 應該直接説早餐午餐 別説包兩餐 包餐的也還要注意 包餐可以點餐到房間吃 衹要一個29刀的類似送餐費 但是搞笑的是 小孩子的餐點到房間就需要付費了… 整個度假村沒有很大 純休閑可以的

We are just returning from our Maldives Christmas at the JW Marriott Resort &Spa. First don’t let the distance by sea plane put you off . TMA and JW Marriott take care of everything. From the private lounge in Seaplane terminal to your departure onboard a cute sea plane . We had one drop off of passengers at a resort , which took about 5 mins then were on our way to JW Maldives. Our return flight was direct. On arrival you are greeted by the Management Team and Staff. You are assigned a personal butler for your stay. Affan kindly looked after us. I have to mention his attention to detail, kindness , professionalism and manor was exemplary. A great brand ambassador for JW Marriott! Accomadation we stayed in a sunrise beach for a few nights . Beautiful too watch the sun appear in the morning. Villas are lovely and decking, private pools that lead onto your own part of the beach. Sunrise side we noticed the sea is a little rougher . Sunset side our Villa had stunning views and the sea was calmer with softer sand! If you are able to I would suggest Sunset side. Our last few nights were on an overwater villa duplex, our sons was facing the ocean and ours was facing the lagoon. These are stunning and I would also say very well sound proofed from the noise of the sea, a previous resort stay villas were very noisy . All the rooms have lovely amenities, soft towels and the obligatory bath robe. Beach bags, flip flops and slippers were a welcome touch. House keeping were attentive and to an excellent standard . The Spa setting is truly magical and I had probably one of the best massages ever . It’s was amazing and totally eased my stiff neck. Onto dining. All the restaurants are off and exceptional quality. 3 open for lunch and 3 for evening. The Thai is set in a tree house with wooden rope bridge and tables at different elevations . Food is truly exquisite here. The Japanese restaurant we enjoyed their Teppanyaki twice . Jason one of the chefs is a true master . Outdoor seating has lovely views. Breakfast buffet is well worth pulling yourself out of bed . The selection, quality and presentation is top class. Special thanks to Ali who always looked after us and also Janice. We also got to know the management team who are always attentive and genuinely caring. ‘B’ thank you for coming to our rescue one night and immediately sorting the blip out for our son. Christmas Eve entertainment with the gala dinner was brilliant. Food as expected was delicious and presented beautifully. Overall a truly fantastic island. Great for young kids and teenagers . Thank you everyone for making our Christmas 2023 perfect.

My husband and I went to the JW Maldives for our honeymoon. The most wonderful part of the trip was the service, which was made up of truly incredible people First of all, Hassan (our butler) continued to go above and beyond for us each day. Arranging a special honeymoon dinner, deliver treats and always quick to respond and answer questions, he was top notch. Our waiter at our private steak dinner, Faris, was also wonderful, engaging and constantly smiling! Janice helped us each morning at breakfast to learn about special Maldivian treats and just put a smile on both of our faces. The Tokyo and steak house manager, Its, was also wonderful and attentive. I wish I had more names written down as everyone we talked to was fabulous. The head chef, the nail technician and spa team. Thank you all for your kindness that made the trip!

JW Marriot in Maldives was outstanding. Great attention to detail and service was first class. The staff couldn't do enough for you, particularly in the restaurant. Food was very good, particularly the beef salad in the Thai restaurant, we had that three times. Bir Yadav, the Executive Chef, made our holiday, He was so kind and interested in us, we really did fell well looked after because of his attention to detail. I don't normally mention staff in reviews, but his service was a tier above other places we have stayed.

I went for my wedding anniversary and we had a fabulous experience. Our butler- Mr. Assan from beginning till the end made our stay super comfortable. He always provided exceptional hospitality. Whole staff of the resort was excellent. We booked overwater villa and it was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at the JW Marriott Maldives! Several months ago, our honeymoon plans were abruptly interrupted when my husband fell ill during our connecting flight in Dubai, leading to an unexpected hospital stay and major surgery. The hotel's generosity played a key role in making this journey a reality by graciously offering a 100% credit. This gesture showed an understanding and compassion that truly touched us, reshaping our travel plans and highlighting the hotel's dedication to ensuring guests' well-being even before arrival. Upon reaching the resort, we were warmly greeted by our amazing butler, Assan. He not only assisted with the check-in process but also provided a detailed tour of the resort, taking the time to understand our preferences. From the moment we arrived until the sad day of departure, Assan's attention to detail and commitment to creating a personalized experience were exceptional. He ensured we had daily dinner plans, offered options for activities, and made himself available for any requests. Assan went above and beyond by checking in with us throughout the day to ensure we were okay and enjoying our time. His responsiveness was truly remarkable; every time we had a request, he would respond within minutes, enhancing our overall experience. It was a true pleasure having him as our butler! Our stay was made even more delightful by the friendly and personable Mr. Handhu. His warm and welcoming nature added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. Handhu went above and beyond to ensure our room was up to the highest standard and made himself available for any special requests. What made our interactions even more special were the great conversations we had about Maldivian culture, sharing his insights and passion for the local culture. Evenings at the hotel were memorable, thanks to the fantastic musical duo, Anna and Matt. Their performances were incredibly entertaining, reflecting their friendly and welcoming personalities. What stood out was their genuine effort to ensure all guests were enjoying their time; they took the initiative to approach us, asking for recommendations and warmly welcoming feedback on the music. Anna and Matt's sweetness and talent shone through, making them an absolute gem to the hotel. Their dedication to creating a positive and engaging atmosphere added a special touch to our overall experience, and we were thoroughly delighted by their performances. Our dining experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by all your wait staff! Their attentiveness was truly commendable and not only they remembered our preferences but also went above and beyond by assisting us with any additional requests. Capturing the sheer delight of our hotel experience proves challenging in just a few sentences. With impeccable service, unforgettable performances, and thoughtful personal touches from the staff, our stay surpassed all expectations. Numerous positive aspects could be high

My wife and I stayed at the JW for our honeymoon, traveling from Tennessee. everything about this island exceeded expectations. the service was the best i have ever experienced, our butler for the week was so kind and took care of everything for us. The food was amazing, every meal was a culinary experience, and we got to try food we have never had before. i would highly recommend staying here, we hope to return again!

This is a really nice luxury hotel, located on an island dedicated to the hotel and has a really nice beach. The hotel is clean, and the staff is quite polite and service oriented for the most part. This hotel is a little away from the airport so be prepared for a 45 min sea plane journey. We were in a water villa which was facing north-ish so were able to see the sunset and sunrise. The room was nice and luxurious; though there the privacy for something like this is quite limited i.e. the neighboring villa is close and you can see directly into your neighbor’s area/personal pool and vice versa. Also, the bathroom is placed such that the windows face directly into the neighboring villa's walkway - so you have to be cognizant of that and cant necessarily fully experience the villa. They had a cute looking welcome drink and snacks in the room; though we had to request someone multiple times to come and pick it up. The food throughout the island was good. They have a Thai place that on other end of the island; it is super small so make sure you reserve a table - we did let our butler (Affan) know about it, though he didn't let the restaurant know, so it was a pretty long waiting time for us. Its a multi level restaurant, so request for their table on the highest level, beautiful views. Our butler was passive and not really interested in showing us the rest of the island, so we were self exploring for the most part - it is a beautiful, well maintained island hotel. Not very well lit, so please go for a walk during the day only. At some point, we stopped relying on our butler and just went for breakfast, etc. by ourselves, disappointing. They have a really good gym, meditation space (and offer classes as well). They have an adults only pool. but they don't check on things often-so we had kids playing every time we were there - not much privacy, so if you are expecting a romantic experience, please look elsewhere. Snorkeling was a lot of fun as well, and they have a nice water sports center for all sorts of water sports. Our sea plane to take us back to the airport was also extremely delayed and we were waiting at the library for almost an hour. Also, do make sure you receive your hotel bill when you're still on the premises, they will not respond to anything as soon as you step on that plane. All in all, it was a really nice relaxing experience for us. The hotel is really beautiful and the staff is very polite and caring. Though temper your expectations when it comes to butler service. Multiple times we waited 30+ mins to get picked up; messages were not responded to, so make sure you are patient and following up with your assigned butler again and again.
