市中心的酒店又老又吵，全靠耳塞過活。

Close to Downtown if that is what you are after. Lobby looks to have been refurbished but not the rooms. All master rooms in the 2 bedroom suites back on to the lifts and so can hear the old lifts banging up and down all night. Asked to be moved to a different room but told they all do this. Furniture very old and outdated. House keeping came at 8:30pm and seemed disgruntled that we didn’t want to leave the room at night for it to be cleaned. 2 of the rooms had holes in the walls. Large and conveniently located but that is about all. Not up to the standard of basic accomodation in 2024 and desperately in a need of a refurbish.

Was incredibly disappointed in our room at The Sutton. Since the hotel is undergoing renovations, they're advertising their new updated rooms on ******* (which is what I thought I had booked), but the room we were given was old and worn and looked completely different. Additionally, check-in took over 40 minutes with a line around the lobby.

TV operation was terrible. Minimal channels. Couldn’t chrome cast. For $400 a night you’d expect a proper smart rv. Everybody has one at home. Disappointing. And cleanliness wasn’t that great. Every time we walked down the hallway we walked around bags of garbage and dirty laundry. Not acceptable

Book annually for friends and family gathering. First time in La Grande Residence. Nice, simple, clean suite. First night heating didn't work (Dec in Vancouver!). Various staff came, said that since it's an old building they have issues and can bring us a small space heater ?!? It was freezing. Had to make it work.....

Always enjoy staying here. Had a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family. Only stayed 1 night this time. Had an issue last time we were here but everything went great this time. Staff is always great. Can feel its an older facility vs some of the hotels in the area but still a great place to stay especially if you want larger rooms.

It was a terrible experience. The pool was so dirty. Our room wasn’t ready. We never got kids robes even tho asked twice. Room service was 30 mins late and cold and undercooked. The room heat would not turn off and even with windows open it was too hot for anyone to have covers. Noisy street with people yelling at each other and sirens. Pool was freezing the kids couldn’t swim in it. Hot tub was yellow. They gave us a free movie for inconveniences but then the tv remote wouldn’t work. It was so disappointing.

The two bedroom suite is very old and filthy. We paid for the space because we couldn’t find any other property that could fit our family of five. Two many turns inside the suite and the carpet is black wit the very low lighting so it is hard to tell if the carpet is properly cleaned. It smells very bad that I h

The suite was roomy and laid out thoughtfully for either a short or long stays. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen.
