早餐簡陋到無法自拔，華夫餅沒有面糨，除了吐司冰牛奶也沒其他的了。

the remote didn't work unless you were 1 foot away from it (not in your bed or sitting chair) I left the room & went to the front regarding the remote & asked if it may need new batteries...the clerk looked for several minutes & couldn't find the new batteries so he put what he could find in the remote and said if they didn't work to bring it back - (they didn't work any better )it was late in the evening so I didn't want to go all the way down there again and waste more time

I was very impressed with how clean the property was. My room was so clean and the people are very friendly.

Stay was fine, but the breakfast was gross. Sour milk, expired food. Would be better to not include breakfast at all.

When I checked in I noticed an unpleasant smell in the room. I thought it would resolve with the fan on, but it did not. The security lock on the door was very loose, not secure. Fortunately I travel with tools, and I tightened the screws to secure the lock. The lotion bottle on the sink was empty. Window curtains were literally shredded. Hairdryer was missing a piece, making it unsafe to use. I used my own. Room door did not automatically close. Breakfast was a meager assortment of packaged breads and a waffle maker. No healthy food choices, no protein. I took an apple to eat in the car. When I bit into it, it was brown and mealy inside. I threw it away.

We have stayed at the Ramada many times over the years while visiting family in the area. It is a dated property but it has comfortable beds with good guest service. Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be staying here again until the owners put money into remodeling. There was a horrible smell - likely a cleaning agent - that was very, very strong in the second floor hallways (the room also smelled oddly, but it wasn’t as bad). The smell burned my throat (to the point I started covering my mouth while walking through the halls) and made me feel dizzy. Granted, I have asthma so I may be more sensitive than others. My husband does not have asthma and also noticed the smell and dealt with eye irritation. Three other factors contributing to my decision not to stay here again: 1) the door to our room did not close well and was sticking on the carpet, 2) after flushing, the toilet was spurting water from the back of the tank, creating a mini waterfall in the restroom (we placed a trash can next to it and mopped up the floor after flushing) and 3) the breakfast options have been drastically reduced. They used to provide boiled eggs, sausage/bacon, bread for toasting, juice, etc. The options now include Little Debbi snack cakes, some bananas, oatmeal packets, bananas, two types of dry cereal, and waffles. They did have fresh coffee. Positives: the location is convenient, the beds are still comfy and the employees still friendly. Finally, they have drastically

When we arrived in our room. Maintenance was working in the bathroom of the room next to us fixing the sink. Snaked through the P trap and all that nasty stuff went flying into our bathroom. I let the maintenance guy know. He went to the store, got a p trap and fixed it In probably 15-20min. He cleaning it with toilet paper. It absolutely stank and is a biohazard. So I went to the front desk and asked if we could have our bathroom cleaned an air freshener. They gave me a bottle of Clorox and a towel to clean it myself and the maintenance guy came back and said the smell should go away soon. Definitely still smelled even the next day. We also found a beetle in our room on the floor. Chip crumbs we we unfolded the sleeper sofa and spider webs throughout our suite. Wouldn’t stay here again with how they handed that and kept the place

There was not have temp control at airconditioner bu only worked on/off function.

Our biggest complaint was the sink drain and the bath/shower drain were slower than a seven year itch. There is no excuse for such slow draining drains!
