100％お勧めしません。父の死の知らせがあったのですが、ホテルは私にお金を返そうともしませんでした。実際、駅までの送迎は通常料金の2倍でした。良い態度ではありません

このホテルは地元ではかなり有名で、多くのTuTuドライバーがこのホテルの場所とホテルの人々を知っています。地元の栄えたエリアにあり、すぐにエリア最大のバーがあり、ラオスサンドイッチなどのローカル軽食も充実、少し離れたところにはアルマーニホテルもあり、経済的でお勧めです。近くに中国人経営のピザ店。非常に良いビジネス

景色が終わります。市内ともすごく近く、水遊びの場所とも近く、繁華街の真ん中で、アクセシビリティもとてもとてもいいですが、防音はやや残念です。それでも、この価格帯にはこれが大好きです〜

ホテルなのに直接過ごしてみると良いゲストハウス感じ(?)がサービスや朝食の場所面で他のホテルと比較した際に抜けることなく、とても良いホテルでありながら快適に過ごしました。私は部屋で木の匂いがする人が少なかったが、私はよく分からなかった。

ホテルの全体的な経験は非常に良いですが、駐車場が非常に不便です。駐車場があると言われていますが、駐車場はまだ整備されていません。

川のすぐそばにある小さなホテルです。部屋は素敵で、床はいつも清潔です。そしてサービスは素晴らしいです。

When we got to our room, it was quite dirty, spiders, ants, lizards all in the room. Cobwebs everywhere. Stains on the door which we thought resembled blood. Staff seemed unbothered when we mentioned lizards etc in our room. We checked out after 2 hours and they wanted us to pay anyway.

Great location, comfy beds and fairly good facilities but the rooms weren’t the cleanest. The pool was also pretty unhygienic and the breakfast provided wasn’t great as there wasn’t enough for all three of us (despite arriving within plenty of time). It’s fair to say the experience is reflected in the low cost.

Take the room with mountain view it is amazing , you could enjoy sunrise and sunshine...... Room is not luxury but have all that you need. It is close to pubs so take into concideration that could be noisy.

From the second I walked in the front door to check in I loved the place. The staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The can sort out laundry, hiring motorbikes, organising tours, giving tips on where to eat and drink and of course directions to get there. It is situated right near one of the most popular bars in the area that carries on into the small hours. Having said that, my room looked directly at the bar, yet it was both private and quiet. I don't have a bad thing to say about this place, just so long as you aren't after the Hilton, you're still going to end up in a spacious comfortable room with everything you need.

Avoid this hotel!!! They have charged us twice and STOLEN our money! We thought this was resolved as we were charged twice then the money appeared to be back in our account then the day we left it was gone!!!! We have been trying to resolve over several email exchanges and are now being ignored. Scammers and thieves - DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I wanted to change my booking from 5 nights to 6 nights but it was cheaper to cancel the original booking and make a new booking, which is what I did. I cancelled the original booking well within the free cancellation period. By the time I arrived at the hotel, the cost of the original booking was returned to my credit card. As soon as I checked out the hotel, they charged my card again for the cancelled booking - so in total they have charged me for two bookings. During several email exchanges they said I needed to contact *********** for the refund which *********** denied. Then they said I needed to get my bank to request the money from their bank. When I asked for their bank's details, I got no response. I still have not received a refund and now they are just ignoring my emails. Disgraceful behaviour but I'm sure Karma will get them in the end. Bottom line - if you don't want to get scammed, do not stay at this hotel.
