Great Service! Saket was very hospitable and provided great service! He was also very well spoken and cordial. Food was also good and the ambience was nice too! Will definitely visit again and totally recommend zodiac to anyone who wants to have a good time.

Perfect stay as a individual to enjoy and make your stay comfort and specially the food and restaurant staff is so amazing and helpful mention goes to saket bihari ji they are so helpful for all the meals in restaurant. And rooms are also comfortable. And In room dining is also great in service speed and quality.

Zodiac Restaurant... Right now eating dinner with my closest of Friends.. Eating a nonveg meal and I must say it is one of the finest restaurants I had been too.. Food is Excellent.. Ambience is serene.. Service is top-notch.. Really appreciate the service of Saket.. and special mention for HAMZA for serving me Excellent and most authentic white sauce Pastas.. all in all super satisfactory experience..❤️

I stay here quite frequently. The staff is very helpful, food is good, room is always well taken care off with plenty supplies, ***agement understand the business need and are very flexible to accommodate daily needs! A good place with bad staff at Front desk will give the worst experience. I am a regular Corporate client of this restaurant, but of late the Front desk booking staff (some Mr "B") is falling to new lows during the reservations. teh modus of operandi is that teh confirmation of booking is done, but you realise that its a Upgraded room for which teh reservation was confirmed so you have to pay for a higher bill. The rooms are basically more or less the same ... "ypu can literaaly check it ....only a little bit of area changes and chargeable snacks. The rates though are extremely variable and ypou are always at teh mercy of this Guy. Although it belongs to ITC group of Hotels ,...there is a lot of differential and preferential trea**ents given to cutomer depending on the contacts. For eg you can get a upgrade by paying a differential amount to Mr X instead of your regular booked room. The rates fluctuate a lot and hence its always difficult to guess and also booking preferences are also
