Just returned from our week vacation at Bella Costa with friends and family our 4th time there We had a great time Staff as always so friendly and acommadting They moved us to the 5th floor to be close to our friends The weather the beach and the staff are what keep us coming back There were some shortages but the the staff go the extra mile and fo their utmost for you Soliris in entertainment does an amazing job All the shows are top notch Maria at the Mirador always made sure we had our wine And our maid Barbara was awesome Love this place and the people

My family and I just returned from staying 1 week at Iberostar Bella Costa. We had a wonderful time. This is a very, very nice resort. We stayed at this property back in 2015, when it was called Breezes Bella Costa. There have been a few upgrades since then. Most importantly, the pool it is now a lot bigger, and it is also well maintained. But, I have to say, we have stayed at another resort on Varadero Beach, and the beach at this resort isn't maintained as well as at the other resort we stayed at. But it is still a nice part of Varadero Beach. The food at Iberostar Bella Costa is incredible. Every day that we were there, there was fish for lunch and dinner, which my family and I enjoyed as we really love fish. They had grilled salmon steaks for two or three of the days that we were there, which we really appreciated. The main lady (I regret not getting her name) that cook's eggs in the morning and fish at lunch works extremely hard and is very good at making sure that the eggs are to your liking and the fish is perfectly cooked. For the most part, most of the staff are very attentive and willing to help, but I did notice that there were 1 or 2 staff members who seemed disinterested and didn't want to help. In terms of the drinks, I don't drink alcohol but I was really disappointed to see that there were no pina coladas (with or without alcohol) the majority of the time we were there. Then, the 1 or 2 days that there were pina coladas, they didn't seem to taste the way a pina colada would normally taste. In regards to rooms... My family booked 2 rooms, and one of the rooms we stayed in smelled normal, but then the other room we stayed in, maybe three or four doors down, had sort of a musty and damp smell to it. The room I stayed in was a nice room except for the water pressure in the bathroom, when you wanted to take a shower, the pressure seemed to be very light, especially when you would increase the temperature a little hotter. I get that you're in Cuba, and you don't need to take a hot shower. But, I like my showers warm, and as soon as you put the water temperature up, you could feel the pressure in the shower decrease, which I didn't like. Lastly, I am combining these two points, but there seemed to be a lack of communication in regards to the night life. Some nights there were shows I enjoyed. But then, other nights there seemed to just be music. I feel as though somewhere in the lobby or in the lounge area, they should have a sign and maybe layout what the night entertainment is for the week because I saw a video of someone who went there a couple months ago and they posted dance show in the water which I think is called 'Aqua ballet' and I was waiting for that performance but it never came. So I guess the night entertainment isn't the same every week. But there was no communication as to what the night entertainment would be... So, like I said earlier, I feel as though it would be nice if somewhere in the lobby or in the lounge area, th

My mom and I had the most wonderful vacation at Iberostar Bella Costa. The staff are the most wonderful and accommodating people I have ever met. They went above and beyond at every interaction. Every single one had a smile on their face with a friendly hello. It is an older hotel, that needs some upgrading, However the room was clean, and really that is my only expectation when traveling to Cuba. The beaches are stunning and there was better food there than on my previous trips. Thank you Iberostar Bella Costa for the lovely experience! We will definitely be back!

It's my second time to have vacation at this hotel and I will definitely come back! The beach is super clean with beautiful sand and transparent water. Big choice of food at the buffet for any taste. The people who work here are super nice and helpful. Special thanks to nice young and beautiful people working at a bar with whom I became good friends: Dinarys, Pedro and Lesniel. I had a wonderful time and will recommend to my friends to visit for sure.

It’s my seventh time in Varadero. If you know Cuba: Bella Costa by Iberostar is great, staff is awesome, music and entertainment are the best, food is as good as it gets here, the beach is incredible and very clean! They have a great pool, gym and facilities for the kids if needed ask for Sol .Not far from Varadero: perfect after party walk! Worth the stop! Cuba Libre!

The food was great! The service was awesome! The dancing and entertainment team is was fabulous! Sol is the best The local people were beautiful the beach is close and clean ! I come back here again ❤️

I stayed at this resort April 2-9th and celebrated our wedding on the beach on the 5th. I can not say enough about our wedding coordinator Dayagne Vila. She is absolutely amazing, I communicated with her daily from Canada and she was amazing right from day 1 until we ended our vacation. She made our day beautiful and memorable. She went over and above to make sure we had everything perfect!!

Our stay was fantastic. I’ve been to Cuba 4 times and this my favourite resort. The food was great, entertainment was amazing and our rooms were so close to the beach! Sol at the daycare was amazing taking care of my little girl, the bartenders were so friendly. 5 stars

Is my 15 th time here and I love the people. Good is great. We made a lot of friends. Hotel is clean and set up well. Friendly staff. Food is good . The entertainment is perfect I like the magic show and I would like one beach party.. Here you find one daycare ask for Sol and Alina. This is my prefer hotel .I come back here all the time for sure
