One of best three star hotel , staff are courteous and polite and friendly ,rooms are at four star hotel I loved my stay , I admire thier staff and ***agement for keeping this symmetry ,one must stay at this hotel

We booked 3 rooms, 1 suite & 2 deluxe room for my family after long journey when We reached hotel it was shocked to see the condition of hotel 1. Dirty linen with blood stains 2. Rooms were full of Mosquitoes 3. Taps were not working properly in the rooms 4. Adequate toiletries were not provided in the rooms 5. Bath towels, napkins were not provided despite requesting repeatedly. 6. Room service / house keeping not at all available 7. All the rooms were noisy while some or other work was going on upstairs whole night they never stopped even after requesting and telling them that we have sr. Citizens 8. Buffet Breakfast was not sufficient and upto the mark 9. They don’t even have laundry services It was told to us it is a new boutique property but the over all experience with this property was negative.

Govind kumar was so very helpful during our stay. Our rooms were tastefully decorated, hygienic and spacious. All amenities were excellent. The staff was attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When they realized we had a little one, they showed us the rooftop garden area where we could enjoy the breeze and allow him to walk around a bit. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Varanasi.
