Hotel Four Season , Varanasi

It was good

We stayed this hotel in November 2023 for three days. Location of Hotel is good and is is around 400 to 500 m from Kashi Viswanath Temple. Room size is small but is was clean . Wash room attached but floor height of washroom is nearly one foot higher than bed room floor so it was a problem who has problem in leg. They provide tea kettle with tea & coffee pouch , but the wire of kettle is so small you have to shift it to bed side table to make tea or coffee its a problem. Hotel Reception area is good. Hotel has lift and easy to go in your room. Hotel has not any restaurant so it is a big problem to take your meals , for that you go outside . In Varanasi different type breakfast is a big problem except Kochuri and chaat . Behavior of ***ager and other staffs very good except the security guard as if he help or guide he want money.

Excellent hotel with all amenities. At par of 3 Star catagory. Room are quite big with central A.C, Staffs are very cooperative and down to the earth. Only drawback is restaurant is not yet operational, use to provide room service from outsourced partners though rate of food is very reasonable

AC issue not resolved, rude staff during checkout, no co****sation offered. Lack of concern for guest comfort. Disheartening experience for my parents and me. #DisappointingStay #PoorCustomerService

My parents were not checked in so they went to other hotel they were told they don’t accept booking from ******* please refund the amount I am in Singapore right now pls what’s app me on my number for the ane

Excellent stay, I stayed 3 nights in Varanasi in hotel four seasons we are very happy, I will stay again. We are happy 😊 to write about them. Best 👍 hotel for temple visit purpose cause it is very closer to Kashi Vishwanath temple.

Hotel is good amenities are basic but very spacious rooms, on time services staffs are so polite, receptionists are very accommodating and freindly, food is awesome. Great guys love your hotel Keep going 🙏 thanks
