The owners are amazing: super welcoming, warm, and always available to help. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is just across the street, and everything you need is within walking distance. Breakfast is also very good, and their bread is next level! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing, down-to-earth place close by the sea (you can hear the waves) with genuine hospitality, this is it.

We have just returned from our third trip to the Kalidon Panorama Hotel, and it continues to exceed every expectation.The staff are incredibly friendly. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure you have the best possible stay.Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast offers a huge choice of delicious options to start the day. The pool area is peaceful and perfect for a refreshing dip.The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the breathtaking, panoramic views. You never get tired of looking at them. We love the fact that it is mainly adults due to the location. Just like our previous visits, we highly recommend renting a car. It is essential if you want to explore the island and experience its true beauty.We already cannot wait to plan our fourth visit to this amazing hotel!

Stayed here as part of a little island hopping trip …. Booked for next year when we checked out! So that tells you all you need to know … absolutely gorgeous hotel, staff are all fantastic and the rooms are spotless! Kokkari is stunning and just so chilled

Friendly and spotlessly clean hotel. Perfect stay in the centre of Kokkari. Boutique feel to the decor. Rooms were small but well equipped for storage and also free air con. Breakfast was just right. We visited the sister hotel and used the pool and bar, which was very good but preferred the Kalidon Beach hotel for its proximity to the town/beach.

second time clean rooms healthy breakfast with various choices. the cleaning team did her work very good ....every day new towels the bed was very comfortable Stamatia and her team always friendly . Small library down stairs bij the toilets.

It was a lovely accommodation; the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the breakfast were enjoyable and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, it's very close to restaurants and beach. it was a good experience.

Samatis and Athena were very helpful. We had to leave early to catch our boat to Ikaria so she made sure to pack breakfast for us. People of Kokkari were very friendly to us, will come back again to Samos.
