Very clean room with comfortable bed, the lady at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast may need some improvement

This is our 4th stay at the Travelodge and we always have a great time. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help in any way. We had a 2 night stay and I asked for extra coffee and cream and they were happy to help me out. It's our home away from home and would never consider any other place to stay...Thank you all for comfortable and inviting place.

It is an easy on and off the highway. The person working in reception was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is very nice. The heater is loud. There was just three small pillows. Old green carpet should go.

Hotel was ok, room was remodeled but the bathroom was not. The staff was good, breakfast a little poor and the room was noisy. Room was clean.

I've stayed at this hotel over a dozen times. Very convenient and low-cost, when I'm travelling from Ottawa to Montreal. I never had an issue until last weekend. After checking in just after 8pm and watching TV for a couple of hours (just before bedtime) I got out of bed and saw there was blood on the sheets. NOT MINE thank goodness, but I took a photo (timestamped 9:42 pm). It was too late to change rooms, because I had already unpacked and had to get up SUPER early the next morning to be in Montreal for 7:00 am, so I just slept on the other side of the bed. I requested a refund the next morning, sending them a picture of the blood on the sheets. They refused compensation, saying "I should have told them the previous evening when I discovered the problem" They also said "they found Band-aid wrappers in the room". Well, I never used a Band-aid, because I never cut myself. It was leftover from the previous occupant, which they said was "impossible". What is "impossible" is the likelihood of me ever staying there again. I have no issue with mistakes, we all make them; what I can't tolerate is a company (the hotel) not taking responsibility for their mistakes and making it right. If you won't admit it, you'll never fix it.

Room is clean and quiet. Staff very pleasant. On things are: 1. Unpleasant hotel room spray smell permeated my clothing. 2. Outside of hotel is dilapidated and very sad. 3. Inside hotel smells odd. 4. Won't stay there again.

Great stay nice staff and clean hotel. A little on the more expensive side. Breakfast could have a few more options. Lots of parking and staff was nice and friendly.
