Beautiful small hotel located in a perfect area: near fundamente Nove for the vaporetto and airport boat! Within 5min of walk you are in the busy area of Venice, the hotel is located in a nice quite street which is good in the evening and morning if you wanna rest a bit. The room is decorated in Venician style, very authentic and super clean when we arrived. The reception helped us when we had an issue with the noise with the neighbors upstairs. The main con: thin wall and hard pillow (at least for me). They don’t serve breakfast but it was so nice to enjoy breakfast outside in a sunny terrace! I will def come back.

Very nice, helpful and polite staff. Ideally located: Boat from airport / railway station stops 5 min. away. Canale Grande also 5 min. away. Very quiet, but life awakens rather early. Balcony to have breakfast or other meals on. Will return.

Amazing host. Decent location.

Stayed here for 3 nights & couldn’t recommend it enough. Andrea is very welcoming & accommodating. Our room was absolutely beautiful & we had everything we needed. It was clean & very comfortable, only 10-15 mins walk to S**arcs Sq & Rialto Bridge. It was home from home! Will definitely go back

We visited this hotel 15 years ago on our silver wedding anniversary so decided to return for our Ruby. Last time it was excellent - this time it wasn’t. We expected to arrive around 7 on a Saturday evening and advised the hotel of this. They said that was fine but that if we were later than 8 the reception would not be manned so sent us a code to get in. We arrived at 6 and there was not a soul in the place, it seems the entire staff go home mid afternoon. I have to say that the staff on reception in the mornings were very helpful. Breakfast was not included but we were led to believe we could get it at an extra cost, we couldn’t - the hotel does not provide food of any description. The room was very small, though the bed was comfortable. The shower door was broken and the air conditioning has a mind of it’s own. The location is reasonable though it is hard to find. At over €200 per night it does not provide value.

Excellent location, spacious comfortable rooms, friendly efficient service. What's not to love?! I'd highly reccomend a stay at Apostoli Palace when visiting Venice and I'll be back on my next trip.

Waking up under a Murano chandelier in a really nicely decorated room is pretty cool. The room was perfect for our short city trip and the hotel is located in a great area away from the craziness of the busy quarters. Check in worked well, but make sure you read the instructions that will be shared with you...

Great property. Clean and quiet. A few more stairs that I hadn’t anticipated but for a couple nights it was ok.

It is a very beautiful place with romantic feeling and design. It is hard to find if you are visiting Venice first time.
