シーナ パラッツォ サンタンジェロ(Sina Palazzo Sant'Angelo)

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa o hotel é muito gostoso e um grande fator é estar no canal encostado na estarão Sant’Angelo que nos facilitou muito para pegar o barco para à estação de trem e aeroporto. Bárbara e Irissa da recepção foram muito atenciosas nos indicando restaurantes e conseguindo a reserva para a noite do Ano Novo !!! Voltaria com certeza !!!

Beautiful hotel. Great stay, clean and beautiful room. Not really a canal view. On our departure, we needed a water for my spouse who was ill. This became a huge issue. Eventuallly I was led to the bar where a maid wrote me an invoice for €4.5 for a bottle. I left it. We won’t go back.

The whole experience at this hotel was first class. We had VIP trea**ent including bottle of sparkling wine and an upgrade to a gorgeous suite. Location is close to several squares for drinks and dining, a short walk to Rialto Bridge and directly on the Grand Canal. Outstanding.

What was unique about the hotel was the fact that it was on the Grand Canal. Therefore, there was a lot of water activity around it and in fact the recent Venice Regatta came right by it. It was also not too far from St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge which are both highlights of Venice. The room was spacious for European standards.

The property was at a great location as we were able to take the ferry directly to our hotel, as there is a stop right in front of the door . It was a little further away from Saint Marks Square but I feel the convenience of being on the grand Canal made traveling to, and from the city very easy. It is a small boutique hotel, lovely little bar in the front. We did not have any meals there. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff at the front desk, Barbara, was extremely helpful when I had a situation where I had to change my train station.She just took her time and got everything done for me. She went above and beyond just to get the situation taken care of. I would recommend this hotel.

Faulty light switches and general maintainence needed and some dirty footprint in the sheets. All in all very good

We had never been to Venice. This was a great central location with a great view of the Grand Canal. The staff were very helpful and assisted us to book transportation including our gondola ride!

Liked the location, which is right by both the Grand Canal and the main water bus stop - San Angelo. Hotel staff were warm and welcoming and nothing too much trouble. One suggestion is that the hotel should consider a manual key code lock rather than a room key to access the gate that leads from the hotel garden into Corte Lucatello. This allows for an easier route across Rio San Angelo to the main walking area towards Ponte dell'Accademia.
