Receptionist checked us in and out smoothly. The view of the room is great in both day and night. Bathroom is great and would be better if there is tooth brush and paste provided. Breakfast included is nice and they serve nice coffee, Nutella, fruits and drinks. Food and beverage servers and everyone there are friendly.

The beds were a little hard. Staff was wonderful. The 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was like an apartment. And was 3 flights up. NO ELEVATOR, it was a nice suite but took it's toll on the legs if you are not in physical shape or have a health condition. But the view was fantastic. Over all very nice stay. PS.....breakfast buffet was great.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations: private boat from airport to the hotel was well worth the investment after a long trip from the states, our room on the 2nd floor overlooking the Grand Canal was worth the extra cost - beautiful view and even with the window cracked at night, it was so quiet (we stayed in early November), just the sound of the water lapping below. Very comfortable bed and pillows, we slept so well and woke up refreshed every day. Bathtub was divine after long days of walking the city. Excellent hair dryer, 2 complimentary bottles of water everyday. Full breakfast (eggs!) eaten in room overlooking the canal, every single staff member was so friendly and eager to help in any way they could. Alex sat down with me our first afternoon and answered every question I had about the city. He recommended a gondola location nearby that was a great experience - fair price, knowledgeable gondolier, timed to sunset. Hotel is steps from the Rialto Market vaporetto stop, but not noisy at all. You're never more than a 15 minute walk or vaporetto ride from anywhere in the city. Loved every minute!

The property was good and ideally located with beautiful views of the Grand Canal. The apartment for very hot and as such we had to open the windows to cool it down but then got a ton of mosquitos and bites which wasn’t great. Perhaps consider putting screens over the window to stop the bugs from getting in.

Gorgeous hotel with very nice rooms. The location is good being about 15 mins from the main train station and also St Mark's square, but as with all Venice this requires going over quite a few staired bridges, so plan with bags accordingly.

Perfect location with great breakfast and helpful front desk staff. The room small but normal for Europe. Excellent canal view. The bed… concrete? Brick? The pillows… steel? Hardwood? Not comfortable at all by any standard for any part of the world. Unfortunate.

The interior was extremely cool. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. (Included Prosecco). After our stay, we took the boat from the jetty in front of the hotel to the station. Extremely cool.

Great place but I think the staff was the biggest strength. We found them very cooperative courteous and polite, it was a pleasure to stay at this place.
