Tutto pulito e bella stanza!!

私たちはダブルルームをスーペリアとして販売されましたが、狭くて窮屈で、非常に硬いマットレスが付いていました。朝、肩と腰の痛みで目が覚めました。場所は悪くありませんでしたが、歓迎、荷物用のエレベーターの欠如、狭い部屋、不適切なマットレスのせいで、滞在は快適ではありませんでした。さらに、部屋を出て、荷物を保管室に戻すときに、エントランスフロアにゲスト用トイレがないことに気づきました。不条理

Hotel was harder to find but so was everything for first time Venice travelers. Once checked in, we climbed what felt like 2 flights of stairs for a first floor room. The room was beautiful!! Hot tub jacuzzi worked great, decent size and clean room, comfy King bed, and an amazing breakfast. Also close enough to everything.

Clean but quite small room.Great choice of continental breakfast options.Good location-walkable to Rialto and St Marks square. Difficult access to room up 2 flights of stairs with heavy luggage. No elevator but has chair lift which can be used to bring up luggage. However after 2 pm the hotel staff are not on premises so no instructions how to use chairlift! Also beware if coming from St. Lucia rail station you need to cross multiple bridges with steps which is near impossible with heavy luggage so best to catch water taxi, around 60 Euros!

There was a problem at the hotel so we were contacted a couple of days before and advised that we could be accommodated in the apartment instead. This was slightly less convenient for us as it is as further from the train station and therefore more difficult to get luggage there and away. Nevertheless, it was a lovely apartment and we could walk over so we could have breakfast each day at the hotel. Staff at the hotel lovely. Apartment was lovely.

Stayed here for four nights in March. Arrived after 9pm and the keys we’re waiting for us on the reception desk with a nice note. We stayed in the ‘class’ room. The rooms all have strange names such class, leather and love. We could only think our room was called class because it resembled a classroom. Can only imagine what the leather and love rooms resembled. The room was very big and comfortable with a jacuzzi in the corner. The dinning room was literally outside our door so you can fall out of bed and have your breakfast. Alberto was on hand every morning to bring us ham and cheese. Everything we wanted to see was within an easy walk away. Verdict - Great hotel. Fantastic location. Lovely staff. Would highly recommend. Only downside was there is only two power points. If you’ve got a few gadgets bring a double adapter thingy.

The staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard but nothing special. If you have a lot of luggage it can be difficult to get to your room.

The hotel was nice, very clean, and comfortable. Located 5 minutes from Rialto bridge, a nice and easy walk to the popular sites and good restaurants. My only critique is that there are no screens on the windows and there are some mosquitoes in the area, so close your windows at night. I would stay here again.

Amazing location. Staff were lovely.
