ホテルは小さく、外に窓がありませんでした。チェックインが遅れると、部屋に案内してくれる人がいなければ入ることができず、到着が遅れたことを事前に伝えても返信がありませんでした。オーナーは電話を切ってしまったのです。さらに、市税は予約時よりも高かったです。料金も安くはなく、本島にもっと良い選択肢がありました。

とても清潔で、良い香りがしました。場所は中心部ですが、すぐには見えない細い路地を通らなければならず、地図は必須です。チェックインは3～4分歩く必要があり、宿泊施設に戻るのに少し不便でした。チェックイン時の受付係の方はとても丁寧で親切でした。宿泊施設自体はとても気に入りましたが、夜は蚊が多く、また、私たちが通された部屋（7）の窓は別の部屋のエアコンの音が一晩中聞こえてくるような場所に面しており、少し寝苦しかったです。しかし、それ以外はありがとうございました。

The broken air conditioning really put a damper on our stay. The room was nice and clean, and we loved the private balcony. It was not convenient to check in/out at a different location and there was not a person at the reception area at our location. When we called about the air conditioning being broken we were told it would be fixed. When we called a second time, we were told it could not be fixed - we were not offered other accommodations, a discount, or any compensation.

I understand that it's old but we had to go check in some other hotel then walk to our hotel and make our way into a lonely abandoned like hotel. As soon as we enter we smelled the warm urine smell like if a bunch of drunk men pissed in the corner for days. Second we only got a small fan and small AC unit for a huge high ceiling room that would never even close to cool down due to the Sun hitting directly to the room for the majority of the day. It wasn't even in 90s yet but it felt in hundreds even worse at night.

No la recomendaría para discapacitados El cheque aquí hacerlo en otro sitio para recoger las llaves. No hay personal con quien hablar ahí en este hotel y la habitación eran muchas escaleras. No estaba marcada con el número de habitación.

Great property, superb location, right in the heart of Venice. 15 min water-bus to the train station.

So here how it is work the picture they will show you is totally different than the hotel you will stay in. I guess there is two different hotels merge in somehow together. On ******* they show you all the pictures of a good hotel and then give you the keys to the one 10 minute walk And probably 50 stairs to climb. This should be actually illegal on what they are doing on *******. I saw my room and Immediately walked out. Didn’t even stay for 5 mins. Do not waste your money here.

Contrary to what's advertised on *******, there is no front desk at this location. instead, it's managed by staff from another hotel. While these staff members were nice and friendly, their presence couldn't salvage our disastrous stay. We had no means of contacting onsite staff. The room was not only filthy but also emitted an unpleasant odor. It felt as though we were lodged in a repurposed storage space with low ceilings and a poorly designed layout. I couldn't even fit into the shower comfortably. The shuttered window opened to a duct chase, where bathroom exhaust from neighboring homes would waft in. The photos provided were misleading, the stairway depicted has nothing to do with the actual hotel entrance, which was located elsewhere.

Don’t let the photos fool you. This place was disgusting and very very poorly kept. Not the mention the 3 flights of stairs to get to the “1st floor”
