A very large hotel, excellently maintained, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Quite large rooms, as well as bathrooms, very well equipped Diversified and very good quality breakfast. Conference rooms, fitness room, spacious parking lot, extensive private garden. Minuses - the rooms do not have balconies, and the hotel is more difficult to access by public transport. All in all, a very good hotel - I recommend it.

We stayed here overnight as a family of four having visited Venice for the day. The hotel is a stone throw away from the train station with direct access to Venice within a couple of stops. The train ticket was around 10 Euros for two adults and two children. The hotel itself is absolutely perfect. The rooms are huge and modern. There’s a gym here as well as numerous lounge areas. The hotel advertises that there is no breakfast as such but a small selection of coffee and snacks. This is modest as it definitely felt like a continental breakfast with pastries cakes and toast along with juices etc…. All high quality ingredients. I can’t wait to stay here again. The hotel is ideal for Venice and the local area. Free parking also a bonus. The staff were wonderful and friendly. They gave us free coffee on arrival. Thanks for a great comfortable stay we will return.
ゲゲストDuring our recent three-night stay at Hyatt, we had a positive experience overall. Although we were not offered any upgrades, I was a Discoverist member, so I did not have high expectations in that regard. However, the hotel had many other appealing aspects that made our stay enjoyable. First and foremost, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping, which ensured a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout our stay. It was evident that the hotel placed a high priority on cleanliness, which is always reassuring for guests. The location of the hotel was a major highlight. Situated conveniently close to various dining options within the premises, we had no trouble finding delicious meals without venturing far from our room. Additionally, the option to book the Sauna/Turkish Bath room for a one-hour block between 5 pm and 9 pm, at a reasonable price of 5 euros per person, was a fantastic bonus. This allowed us to relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring the city. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to shops, restaurants, and gelato parlors was a definite advantage. We were able to conveniently access these attractions without having to travel far, making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The availability of a private water taxi to and from the train station, with the ferry stop located right outside Milan Museo, added a touch of luxury and ease to our transportation needs. In conclusion, our stay at this hotel was a positive experience. Despite not receiving an upgrade, the clean rooms, excellent location, and on-site dining options more than made up for it. The availability of the Sauna/Turkish Bath room for a small fee [5 euro per person] and the hotel's close proximity to various attractions were definite highlights. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and conveniently located accommodation option in the area.
ゲゲストWhen we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there
The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting San Marco and all of the main attractions in Venice. Breakfast was very simple, but was a nice addition and the server was very friendly. Absolutely amazing value for money.
