Band was amazing. Disappointed that there wasn't valet parking at the hotel. Nice small facility, I would recommend

The hotel is old. Needs updating. The food at Mr. G's was not good. Triple 777, half the food on the menu was not available. Vernon Downs is one of the oldest horse race track, they need to do better. The clerk at the desk for getting your ****** card, was not friendly at all. I probably will not do this racino again.

Only thing I did not like was I could hear everyone who walked down the hallway and when people above me moved luggage around the room. Other than that Ill be back!

Attached ****** and restaurant is convenient and offers fun things to do. ****** has good live entertainment. The room itself was just ok, could use a facelift and a tad better cleaning. Looked like someone spilled coffee and was stained on the walls, things like that. Overall it’s a nice place with things to do and I would return.

We were happy with our room except for the slow drain in both the bathroom sink and the shower. Mattresses were very comfortable. Did not like how we had to ask room service for bed blankets. First time ever staying at a hotel with just sheets on bed.

Room was spacious, clean and uodated. Very comfortable. The only problem i had was the noise coming from people shouting in the parking lot and doors banging in the hallway late at night.

When I reserved a room, I was told that breakfast was included. However, upon reaching and checking in, we were told that the included breakfast is only Monday thruough Friday. The breakfast is on payment basis on the weekend. When I reserve the room, this was not told you. When we went to the G Restaurant for breakfast the following morning, it took us 12 minutes to be seated. There were two girls, who were acting as the Greeters, Servers and Bus-ladies. It took long time to get served. The server was great but there just wasn't enough help. It was very hard to find parking. Probably will not stay at this property again.

We did not get “breakfast included” as stated, and I’m hoping ******* will reach out to us with a partial refund, as the hotel reported to us at check-in that on weekends there is no breakfast included with a stay in their hotel. Very disappointing!!! “Breakfast included” was the primary reason we selected this hotel. I took a screenshot of the page that included “breakfast included” as one of its offered amenities. I’d be happy to upload the photo if I could.

Hotel was a nice surprise condition wise but was further than 4.6 miles from turning stone
