サービスはとても良く、スタッフの方々も親切でした。 部屋は清潔です。 レストランやスーパーマーケットなどのお店が近くにあり、便利な立地です。 唯一の難点は、近くにパブがあり、夜は騒がしいことです。

ロケーションはとても良いです。パサールマラム（食べ物）の近くにあり、ハラール食品も簡単に見つかります。

確かにとても古いホテルで、ロビーはとても高いのですが、部屋は本当に言葉では言い表せないほどです！1階のツインルームを予約しましたが、部屋全体の装飾は古すぎて、設備もすべて古くて壊れていて、まるで20年前のようでした。バスルームは下水道のような臭いがしました。バスタブの横の仕切りは木製のシャッタードアのままで、透けて見えました。光と臭い！マットレスは低くて柔らかく、部屋自体はとても高いので、ベッドで寝ている人がとても小さく見えます。

I travel to labuan for Labuan Sea Games and booked this hotel 1 weeks ealier for 4nights..All hotel fulls for that event only this i can book because the location mention near to kompleks sukan laut Labuan,i booked 2single bed there is no mention maximum pax..I check in on 30th April the receptionist seen there is 6 of us (4 ladies n 2 kids) but the other 2 kids is temporarialy stay until awaits for their school team arrived..on the night stays i pays for xtra bed at the morning at the counter..we only stays for night,at the morning until 6pm we at kompleks sukan..At the evening the manager told us via receptionist to upgrade bed and need to pay xtra..Why this issue isn’t mention earlier while we check in l,if their management told so I can cancel check in and get refund on that day,receptionist already seen us but there is no issue..So I check out since 1 Mei 2026 because of their management ,the hotel management promise to refund me but until now i did’nt receive the refund.This is the bad experience i have while stays in no star hotel..The hotel that more than 3star hotel never mention like this at least we are comfortable.
