ここが気に入りました。スタッフは素晴らしく、部屋は清潔で、場所は滝の近くでした。敷地内は美しかったです。食事は最高でした。すぐにここに戻ります。全体的な雰囲気はリゾートのようですが、家庭的で居心地の良い感じもしました。

What an encredible place to stay in Vic Falls. Sharon you made our visit so much more memorable. Highly recommend. The food is 5 out of 5. Rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable with air conditioning. Very safe and secure. Will definitely visit again.

My husband and I stayed at the beautiful Pioneers Lodge during our quick but oh so amazing weekend trip to Victoria Falls. We had a lovely time. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and we were super sad when we had to leave. We must applaud all the staff. We have not received such amazing hospitality in a very very long time. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone was always smiling and assisting where possible. Breakfast was delicious and again, the staff and the attention to detail, AMAZING. I loved how the sugar bowls on our breakfast table changed from the elephant bowls on Saturday morning to the hippo sugar bowls on Sunday morning. The grounds are very well kept and the lodge is absolutely stunning. We will be telling all our friends about your piece of paradise.

The facility is beautiful and peaceful. The food was very good. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Great stay.

We had a good stay for 2 nights at Pioneer Lodge. The room was nice, the grounds were lovely and the breakfast was really good. Sharon, who checked us in was very helpful throughout our stay. The pools were clean, though we had to sort out finding dry towels from the lower pool and clearing ourselves some chairs. I was very unhappy to find one of the house keeping guys trying to enter the room without knocking or checking to see if the room was occupied first. Not OK and very strange.

We stayed at the Pioneers at the end of a wonderful safari in Botswana. Generally the hotel was fine but my daughter's room was not well cleaned. She found used hairties in the shower and someone else's underwear under her bed. To be fair to the hotel, nothing was said at the time as my daughter did not want to upset me in the last few days of a wonderful trip.

The Lodge was an elegant and idyllic setting for our short stay. My only observation is the lunch/dinner menu which offered the same options daily whilst we were there, I feel there needs to be more variety, the food quality was good and I particularly enjoyed the breakfasts as there was so much choice. I hope to be back and lastly all the staff are so friendly and helpful.

The goal of the resort staff was to make sure we relaxed from the moment we walked through the door. The accommodations, restaurant and property were wonderful. The food was great! We also took advantage of the laundry service and it was inexpensive and quick. Highly recommend.
