"Situated in a quiet neighbourhood. An easy 10 minute walk to the main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. There is a restaurant across the apartment and groceries stores a block away. The kitchenette is well equipped with cooking utensils. Nice modern shower and very comfortable bed. The manager is very responsive even after office hours. I had some problems with my transportation arrangement. The manager provided options on other ways to get the apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone who does not want to stay in just a standard hotel room when in Puerto Madryn."

"This was ranked as the best hotel in Puerto Madryn so I’m really afraid to even think how others look like. Staff in the hotel mostly don’t speak english and they are very slow. Rooms are not on the 4 star hotel level and they are pretty dirty. Restaurant in the hotel is awful, for both dinner and brakfast."

"I stayed in a double room that turned out to be far too small. There isn't much space to move around, and although the bed is large, it's actually two beds pushed together, which can be uncomfortable. The hotel is three blocks from the beach, which is convenient if that's all you're looking for, but it's quite far from the city center if you don't have a car. Although the hotel is old, the room had been freshly painted, which is a nice touch. However, the bathroom leaves much to be desired: it's small, has broken parts, and the bathtub has putty in several places. The bidet shows signs of rust. The room has a small kitchenette with a microwave, an under-counter refrigerator (although the door and interior are broken), and an electric stovetop. It works perfectly on setting 1, but on setting 3 it trips the circuit breaker, and you have to ask the manager to reset it. The electric kettle has a broken cord, which makes it a bit dangerous, although it does work. At least the TV has plenty of channels, and the Wi-Fi works well. The nightstand is actually a coffee table, which isn't very practical, and the lunch table is more like a small desk, making the dining area uncomfortable. Additionally, the doors and walls are marked by doorknobs, giving a worn feel, and some lights don't work, which detracts from the overall experience. The hotel has parking, but it's often congested, forcing you to leave your car on the street, which isn't ideal. We also went to see the swimming pool, and it was dirty, which was quite disappointing. Breakfast is basic, nothing special. The hot water stays at a good temperature, but the pressure is low. Another negative point is the quality of the toiletries (shampoo, soap, and conditioner), which are from very low-end brands. Despite these shortcomings, the room was exceptionally clean, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They were very friendly and always willing to offer helpful recommendations. There's no air conditioning in the room, but there is a ceiling fan that does the job. Daily cleaning is a plus, and they provide towels and cooking utensils. Paying in cash gets you a 10% discount, which is a bonus. The price is relatively cheap, but given the shortcomings I found, I think there are better options available."

"A good hotel in its category. Easy going, very friendly, well located (walking distance to the beach). Staff is helpful and nice. Our room was basic but convenient for a few days. The hotel has a cosy garden to rest. but.... the breakfast was limited and could be improved. However you can also store food in the common fridge."

"If you look at the hotel from the road it looks pretty unprepossessing. More cell block than hotel. However when you go into the hotel it is tastefully done and spacious. The bedrooms are large, comfortable with great views. The real winner here are the staff. They are unbelievably welcoming, friendly and helpful whatever the hour. It’s a haven in not a particularly attractive town. The real attraction is the whales, sea lions and penguins. We did great whale spotting and saw more seals and sea lions than I’d ever seen."
