ホテル ブル アラン(Hotel Blu Aran)

We stayed at hotel Blu Aran at the beginning of December in order to enjoy the opening of ski season at Baqueira Beret ski resort. The location of the hotel is in Vielha, just a short walk from downtown and still in a quiet side road. It has available free parking, which is not a common thing here, since many hotels charge up to 10€ per day to use their parking space even to customers. Breakfast is good but lacking a bit in variety. Rooms are comfortable and cozy with good condition appliances, we specially enjoyed the big bathtub to relax with a hot bath after the whole day skiing. Also the balcony is a very nice space with a great view over the rooftops of Vielha. Overall a good experience in Hotel Blu Aran

Pésimo servicio, en el momento de realizar el check in, los muchachos estaban haciendo inseguros de mi reserva, no sabían si yo pa había realizado, no realizaron la limpieza de la habitación solamente el primer día, luego tuve que ir a recepción a solicitar los insumos diarios de aseo, no entregaron las toallas diarias, no solucionaban los inconvenientes por la falta de coordinación por parte de los encargados, y por último considero que venden más publicidad por lo que realmente es el hotel, las habitaciones son otras en comparación a lo que publican en las fotografías. No recomendaría este lugar por la decepción y la experiencia que tuve. Lo único que rescato es el restaurante. Buen desayuno, y los muchachos a mi disposición.

We stayed for my husband's birthday. The room they gave us with the view of the city is beautiful and worth staying. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic variety and we should ask them to refill everyday when we go late to eat. We stayed at the hotest day and there is no air conditioner neither a ventilator. The first day we couldnot sleep due to the heat and the second night we spoke to receptionist to provide a ventilator she said they don't have any. Overall the hotel is worth to stay if you want the best views. We will definitely go back again in the winter.

Fantástico hotel con vistas al valle Preciosas personal muyyy amable y competente Desayuno riquísimo y variado , al igual que las habitaciones , muy bien equipadas y camas cómodas .. Lo recomiendo al 100x100. Baños reformados y equipados , parking gratuito , balcón con vistas .

Très bonne endroit. Accueil chaleureux en français. Là chambre était très propre avec des matériaux récent. Le ménage est de qualité. Nous avons eu la vue sur les montagnes mais avec deux lits simples au détriment du lit double initialement demandé. Nous avons pris les petits déjeuner dans l’hôtel, le buffet etait bon et complet pour le prix cela reste très correct.

Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel très accueillant, bien tenu et très bien situé. Rapport qualité /prix excellent. Petit déjeuner parfait.

El hotel es bonito,las chicas muy muy amables,pero no vuelveria,nos ha puesto en una habitacion que tenia una puerta que dava acesso a otra habitacion,que enteoria ese tipo de habitacion es para familia con niños,los de la otra habitacion hacion mucho ruido y se escuchaba todos horrible,y los clientes de la planta superior ufff era una arrastra mueble todo el tiempo noche dia haciendo ruido con los muebles,imposible descansar y poder hacer una ciesta.doy 3 estrellas por las chicas y por la habitacion la cama baño muy bien.sobre poder descansar nota 0.no es para repetir

Muy recomendable el hotel está reformado, Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas el baño estaba reluciente y el desayuno perfecto , el personal muy amable y pendiente sin duda repetiré lo recomiendo al 100% . Y no olvidarme decir que tiene unas vistas preciosas
