ホテルのロケーションは非常に良く、階下にはスーパーマーケットSparがあり、バス停と地下鉄の駅はすぐ外にあり、ホテルの向かいにはショッピングモールがあります。ホテル内の環境もとても良く、部屋には食器や調理器具が揃った小さなキッチン、小型冷蔵庫、電子レンジが備わっています。クローゼット内にアイロンがございますので、アイロンがけが可能です。予約した部屋に朝食が含まれておらず、ホテルの朝食を希望する場合、料金は 1 人あたり 19 ユーロです。

酒店位置很方便，2分鐘步行就是地鐵1號線。樓下有超市和亞洲餐廳，對面是大型的購物中心。去各大景點都非常方便快捷。酒店前台也非常的友善，房間可以烹飪，也很寬敞，很滿意這個價格預訂這樣的房子。

New apartment hotel with easy connection to public transport. Unfortunately, a total lack of flexibility from the front desk to accommodate checkout requests ruined an otherwise nice trip to Vienna. Will not stay there again.

Hotel is new and everything is nice. Decoration and design of room is beautiful and everything functions very well. Had a 6 nights stay here and it was very comfortable. Only complain was aircon didn’t seem to be working very well (maybe it was not on) but there’s a window in the room that could be open to ventilate the room. Do note that there isn’t daily housekeeping, you would have to pay extra for housekeeping if you need. Breakfast spread is “Austrian-style”, nice bread and granola, unfortunately the spread doesn’t change at all. Extremely near train station and mall. Highly recommended!

The staff are incredibly friendly and so helpful. The location is perfect near the metro. The rooms are tastefully done and have everything you need and the gym is well kitted out. I am looking forward to returning soon. The breakfast is diverse with healthy options and free coffee all day is amazing. Wifi really strong and fast which is great for work.

My family and I were one of the first guests of this newly open hotel (mid December 2023). We booked 2 rooms: wheelchair accessible and double. I know Vienna well so after seeing the photos of the rooms I didn't hesitate to book away from the centre. Communication in the city in general is excellent, and this hotel is particularly conveniently located across the road from the U1 tube(metro) line (station Kagran). There is a major shopping centre behind the tube station with wide choice of restaurants and a cinema. Small Spar grocery shop is available on the ground floor of the building. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, various utensils including collander and bottle opener, in one word just like home. I will book again. Back in December reception, and consequently check in, was only available until midnight. After midnight check in fee applies. Something to improve in my opinion is the visibility of the building after dark. After arriving around 11pm, we really struggled locating the hotel. Next door Basena hotel is very easy to spot, Citadines on the other hand only had it's logo written on the boards with no ligh on at night. Also the fact that hotel reception is located on the first floor and escalator you should take completely covers the light coming from the hotel, makes it quite invisible. Lift for wheelchair access is not easy to find even during the day. Hope that improves in the future.

From the moment of check in was welcomed with a lovely lady (Julia I think her name was), very friendly and so customer focused Room was very well layer out and spacious from comfy bed, to microwave, kitchen cutleries and crockery Bathroom had one of the best showers and amenities! WOW !! Breakfast was decent had a good spread of continental and danish with various coffee / tea - the view on the 12th floor for the bar and breakfast was stunning Absolutely brilliant hotel located in the centre opposite the Karagan station wherein you can take the train or bus into town / airport Definitely recommended. Well done team Thank you for an amazing stay
