朝食は美味しく、サービスはとても良く、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、駅から徒歩わずか10分の場所にありました。しかし、部屋には冷蔵庫がありませんでした。レストランではお湯を1杯頼むと4.5ユーロかかりました。2杯目は4.5ユーロしかかかりませんでした。元！

ホテルは素敵なエリア (添付の写真を参照) に位置し、周りにはカフェがいくつかあるきちんとしたプラーター公園です。客室には滞在に必要な基本的な設備が備わっています。それにしても牛がいない。お湯が必要だったので、フロントで頼まなければなりませんでした。

会議用の標準的なビジネスホテルとしては非常に良いです。部屋は清潔です。

ホテルの全体的な位置は辺鄙ではありませんが、決して市内中心部ではなく、市内中心部まではタクシーで約 16 分かかります。ホテルの設備は最悪で、スリッパやアメニティがないというよくある問題は言うまでもなく、飲料水が提供されていないだけでなく、やかんさえもレンタルする必要があり、料金は1泊12ユーロです。環境は平均的で、普通の亜新しいホテルと定義されています。最終日の帰り際、ダイニングバーに行ってお湯を一杯飲みたいと思ったら、一杯2.4ユーロと言われ…ちょっと無理を感じました…。

追加料金を支払わない限り駐車場はなく、場所の明確な指示もありませんでした。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、スタッフは自分の使い方（PC、アクセスコードなど）についてもう少し訓練されている可能性があります。場所が分かりにくかったですが、やっと見つけました。ホテルのすぐ外にある駐車場は一晩中無料ですが、朝8時からは車がレッカー移動されるかどうかは誰にも分からないので、朝起きて朝食を抜かして運転し、シェルのガソリンスタンドに駐車すると1日9ユーロで、朝食に戻ってきました！

事前にホテルに荷物を送っていただき、とても丁寧に保管していただきました。

オープンシャワー付きの部屋しかありませんでしたが、幸運なことに交換することができました。ホテルの素敵さ。

I stayed here for one night. from the start I wanted to have breakfast reception staff came up to me and asked to store my luggage in the luggage store in an unpleasant way. It was like I was not human. By saying sushh... you are blocking my way. And breakfast starts at 7.00 am I entered the restaurant at 6.58 am and might as well wait inside. But I was kicked out in a very unpleasant way and had to wait outside. Truly the most unfriendly staff I have ever met.

Zero air conditioning. Like others have said, it’s nice and air conditioned in the lobby get to a room and it’s very hot. Front desk refused to accommodate us elsewhere. Front desk came into the room and claimed it was cold. This was after being moved from the 3rd floor to the second and ran into people in both floors who were complaining to the front desk of the same issue

First Positive: Breackfast is really good, small selection but decent stuff, coffee can be improved is garbage, but all rest is lovely, kudos for the centrifuge Positionwise can't say nothing, very well positioned. Bad staffs: Reception is DIY kind, the receptionist stares at you meanwhile u do theyr job filling up data. Ackward, better a no reception at all that this weird pantomime. Rooms are dirty, my blanket had a nose leak encrusted and the wall was full of pencil scribbers. Bar is pretty basic but at least barman was fun.

Overall this is a very nice hotel with modern spacious rooms and good value. The downside is typical of many hotels in Austria; no tea, coffee or kettle, no microwave, no iron/ironing board, saggy mattresses and saggy ‘sleepless’ pillows, you will be charged 10 Euro’s for every hour you check in early, and 5 Euros if you want an extra room key for your partner (these two items are definite wroughts), the restaurant dinner meal is average quality (and don’t expect a table cloth or cloth napkins), and there is no concierge service - so don’t expect any assistance - even if you have travelled thousands of kms or have a disability - tough luck, no help provided - indeed all the staff we met seemed always reluctant to be helpful - they were just too busy or perhaps didn’t want to be working there. Finally, the location is well away from the city centre, so you will need to use Uber, push bike or walk and tram (by the way it’s easy to get lost and takes longer than you will anticipate). On the bright side, there is underground secure parking for your bike/car and the buffet breakfast is excellent - indeed the best we’ve had in Austria.

a budget hotel , a very clean hotel on budget,when you take a average cost package from a great service company like Cosmo,they provide you clean everage hotel with few amenities like bed and breakfast properties, but over all a nice experience
