A wonderful and quaint stay, with fun and elegant decor and incredibly helpful host. We appreciated the complimentary drinks and thoughtful touches in the room , as well as the strong water pressure. The host was extremelg helpful with his food, sightseeing, and concert recommendations. Highly recommend!

A wonderful spot. Very easy to get to and very close to downtown. A family owned hotel with very helpful and welcoming staff. Their kindness and their knowledge made us feel very at home. Our room was large and bright and well equipped. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely recommend Hotel Kugel and if we come back to Vienna it will be our hotel of choice.

Very nice small hotel. In a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops. Beautiful breakfast every morning and friendly helpful hosts. Definitely recommend over large chain hotels which is where I usually stay. Easy access to underground and buses.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in April 2024, booking their single room. It's not top-notch, in my view. The furniture seems a tad old-fashioned and past its prime. There are certainly newer and cheaper hotel options out there. Nevertheless, I want to recommend this hotel. The standout feature for me was their exceptional service. Every member of staff made us guests feel incredibly welcome, making me feel right at home. Plus, you can't beat the location. And let's not forget the breakfast – it's truly hearty. Love this hotel and will be back again.

We had a great experience, Christina is a wonderful host, took care of all of our needs, and was very helpful with tips. The room is great, the bed cozy and everything is clean and tidy. Felt like home, definitely will come back if we are in Vienna.

A great hotel for leisurely rest. The building has antiquity and romance. Very kind hosts. Great breakfast. Good location, there is a tram stop nearby, but you can also easily walk to the center. The hosts are happy to provide information about sights in Vienna, giving maps and other materials. A beautiful surprise was also prepared for us. Thank you! I recommend and we will gladly come back.

This is our second stay, last being May 2018. We absolutely LOVE this hotel!! It is so nice! Clean, quiet, comfortable, nicely appointed. Our room on third floor very comfortable. Yes, there is some street noise from traffic, but it’s minimal, such that after 24 hours you hardly notice. The staff, particularly Alex, are extremely friendly and helpful. Not a place for kids, or easily bored teens. Nothing in the area really for them to do. But for adults it’s a 15 minute walk, or five- minute tram/train ride, to the best delights of the city.
