スマートメンツ ビジネス ウィーン ハイリゲンシュタット(Smartments Business Wien Heiligenstadt)

Self check in machine at the door easy enough. Didn't need the hotel app they suggested. I was able to see all the hotel facilities and services on the website before I booked which taught me about the hotel app and the laundry app, but after I've booked I can't find these webpages anymore. The app shows I'm in the check in phase the whole time, I'm not sure if it's because I only printed 1 card key but it lets you print 3. I'm suppose to be able to open room door with the app, but it didn't work, and the card key works but takes some time to detect and unlock the door. Cheap TV from a brand called Telefunken never heard of. Meant to be a smart TV that connects to Internet with YouTube Netflix and all but it doesn't connect. Wifi has a login page so can't connect Chromecast. There's a hand wash by the sink that's also meant to be used as shampoo and body wash. Best thing about this room is the water coming out of the shower is amazingly strong you can use it like a water massage. The kitchen stove is very compact there's 2 spaces but if you use a pot a pan together it doesn't fit right. 2 supermarket across the road, but beware it's closed on Sundays. Okay location next to the train and metro station, takes about 30mins to Vienna centre. Okay place to stay if you can get it for under 100euros. There were spiderwebs at the corner of the windows and a bug crawling on the wardrobe. Room service is once a week I think. There's no safe to lock your valuables. It's not bad but there are better places with better offers if you're paying more than 100euros.

As soon as we arrived on New Year's Day, the property told us that there was no hot water and that they would give us 30% back on every day for the days that there was no hot water (i.e. for 3 days) and they didn't even refund us, anyway after checking in we go up and there are hairs on the bed, so there's a problem there too, at the end of the day I really don't recommend it, the only good thing is the location near the train and the tram that takes you to the centre

酒店邊上就有地鐵站，進入市區很方便。窗户可以打開通風。晾曬衣服也很方便。缺點就是沒有人打掃衞生垃圾桶滿了都不知道找誰，也沒有前台服務人員。衞生間排風扇是壞的，好在房間的窗户可以打開通風，房間才不會臭。有一個小餐桌可以吃飯。總體而已是可以值得推薦入住的。核心理由主要是晾曬衣服方便，對於出門在外需要換洗衣服的人來説。這個環境因素很重要

Gute Lage, sehr nah zur U-Bahn, gute Verbindung zum Zentrum. Sauber, Kaffee im Zimmer, WLAN sehr gut. Empfehlenswert.

平時壓根找不到工作人員；洗衣服要自助，而且必須一次充值20。床太軟，輩子也很不舒服。傢俱全是ikea。總算廚房還是不錯

L’appartamento e’ fuori dalla zona centro di Vienna, ma super accessibile per qualsiasi mezzo disponile nelle vicinanze: 1.metropolitana (sono 3 minuti a piedi, dietro l’angolo) 2.stazione treni regionali (affianco alla metropolitana per qualsiasi destinazione) 3. Bus: occorre superare la stazione dei treni per accedere al capolinea del bus (linea400) 4.tram: anch’esso si trova dio il parco avendo sorpassato la fermata del bus (tram linea D) Per quanto riguarda i supermercati, di fronte all’hotel si trova il pratico supermercato Billa. L’hotel, non essendoci il personale x la reception all’orario di arrivo, e’ pratico nell’eseguire il check-in. Quando si prenota si riceve un codice della porta per poter entrare e successivamente sul bancone di entrata basterà scannerizzare il qr-code ricevuto durante la prenotazione, inserire la prenotazione e prelevare le tessere messe a disposizione per poter attivare il numero di chiave della stanza. Al piano terra c’è una stanza adibito a relax con divani, sedie e tavolini e un piano cucina per farsi il caffè (a pagamento) o lavare gli utensili. Ci sono anche le macchinette di bibite o cibo. Inoltre, si può trovare la stanza per poter lavare gli indumenti, si accede tramite la tessera della stanza (occorre scaricare l’app della Miele e il minino ricaricabile è 20€!). L’appartamento è silenzioso, l’unica pecca riscontrata è stata quella del termostato dell’aria calda, in quanto il ricircolo usciva sempre fredda anche aumentando la temperatura e con 6 gradi esterni abbiamo richiesto assistenza in reception e il giorno seguente oltre a noi ben 6 appartamenti erano stati settati al minimo e pertanto dopo il sopralluogo del tecnico, si è riportata la temperatura consona alla stagione invernale. Su ogni piano (accessibile sempre con la propria tessera) e’ presente un vano attrezzi dove si possono prelevare gli asciugamani, federe, carta igienica, cialde x la lavastoviglie e sacchetti per la spazzatura oltre a l’aspirapolvere e scopa da utilizzare. Consigliato. La spazzatura come richiesta sul sito si trova accedendo con l’ascensore che ha come tasto la U.

Sehr nette und schöne Apartments. Ich bin insgesamt 4 Wochen hier, um an der Uni Wien zu arbeiten, daher ist es toll eine Küchenzeile zu haben! Die Lage ist außerdem sehr gut, direkt an der U Bahn Station Heiligenstadt. Gegenüber ist ein Billa.

The place is clean and neat but there are no shampoo, no handwashwer, no dishwashing lotion, only 2 dose of dusch gel for 2 weeks of stay.. Apart from that the room is spacious the internet is fast and all kitchenware is working and in good condition.

We enjoyed very comfortable stay with minimal equipment.
