非常之好，酒店服務很好，每位職員都很nice,早餐也很豐富，地理位置也很好，不過也有一些小缺點，可能我的房間位置比較低近馬路，所以噪音挺大的，而且入住當晚沒有雙床房

Super good location. Close to some landmarks and transport. Great breakfast. Front desk was overly enthusiastic and helpful with everything. One small issue is that in my room some of the lightbulbs (2) did not work and I would think for a five star hotel they would pay attention to these small details and uphold a higher standard. But otherwise a really great stay and will return again next time.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Welcome drink and coffee. We received the suit even we arrived early. The suit was amazing. Fabulous breakfast and you can order complimentary coffee to your room all day. High class luxury hotel. Location is the best you can have in Vienna. Right next to QM and a lot of restaurants. 5 minutes walk from the old city. Absolutely recommended as the best hotel in Vienna.

The hotel is very cozy and clean. They are giving you some small benefits during your stay as a free coffee and glass of champain. On the other hand i'd asked twice to bring me ice to the room in never came. The SPA is really nice but i've got there the most unprofessional massage i ever had. Disaster.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. Every staff member was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The breakfast, included when booking a room, was outstanding. Breakfast included not only a variety of delicious pastries and breads, but also cold and hot entrees, eggs to order and a lovely glass of champagne. A truly wonderful place to stay when visiting Vienna.

Incredible hotel with a phenomenal customer service! From the moment we arrived in a mini snow storm and were given hot face towels, and a hot drink (before even checking in!) we were made to feel very special. During our four day stay, the meticulous attention to detail was evident in everything from the quietness and comfort of our room (with 12 foot ceiling and 9 foot mirror!) to the cleanness of the indoor pool and the amazing champagne breakfast! The location was perfect for easy access to the Christmas markets (we stayed in December) and all the many museums and only 15mins walk to the opera house. The first choice place to stay when visiting Vienna! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel - use the spa/pool. Gorgeous rooms, great breakfast. This place is away from the hustle and bustle of everything but walkable and quiet and nice local restaurants and shopping nearby. I was torn between this place and the Ritz-Carlton but this one had better reviews, for a reason!

Staff was amazing, and helpful in arranging reservations. Breakfast was great, with many options. The hotel is close to tram and subway lines, the museums, and the Hapsburg Palace. It is just outside the old town and much of it is walkable. Room was comfortable and of good size. We did not use the pool or spa, but they seemed popular.
