アパートメンツ イン デル ヨーゼフシュタット(Serviced-Appartements-Josefstadt)

Good location. Bus 13A to Vienna Central Station and Trams 43 and 44 to the center are steps away. There's also a taxi stand right outside the door. By tram it's only 4 stops or only a 15 min walk to the central ring road. Vienna is small and most of the main sites are walking distance from each other. Trams are very frequent of you're too tried at the end of the day to walk. Apartments have everything you need, although I suggest bringing your own toiletries. Linens and towels are fresh, clean and provided. Duvet was super cozy and comfy. The structure and the apartments could use a fresh coat of paint and perhaps a deep clean on the carpets but I think this place is so popular because it is convenient and has everything you need that it experiences more frequent wear and tear. Nothing that would stop me from staying there again. It was very comfortable and convenient and the staff were very friendly. One of the lights in the apartment were not working and they replaced it immediately.

Stayed just 2 nights, inside property rooms lovely and warm, very clean bedding and apartment. Outside of property gave a bad impression, needs a repaint or refresh. Would have liked a better welcome pack especially choice of tea, english tea would have been greatly received. Considering 4 in a room 1 T bag pp wasnt very good for 2 nights and 3 days, had to buy our own and milk. Overall what we needed was a clean bed for the night so that was fine. Good place to put your head down if visiting for a quick cheap trip.

The apartment was perfect for us, everything we needed, helpful hosts. Trams stop very nearby, also could walk to the centre in 20 mins.

The location is great, being relatively close to the city center. The apartment itself was a bit disappointing. The sofa beds are quite old and not so comfortable. Some things did not work properly but the receptionist was kind enough to fix them.

Net appartement voor stedentrip naar Wenen. Wij hadden superieur kamer voor 4 personen. Van alle gemakken voorzien zoals tv , afwasmachine, nette badkamer, kasten, ingerichte keuken, magnetron, slaapbank in woonkamer en 2 persoonsbed in slaapkamer. Dichtbij tramhalte en supermarkten. Appartementencomplex bevindt zich boven koffiecorner, waar je ook kunt lunchen en ontbijten. Eigenaar Walter is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij inchecken, hij is niet hele dag aanwezig.

La experiencia ha sido nefasta, limpieza horrible y nada de información. No se nos informó de que iban entrar a limpiar y cuando entraron no limpiaron y nos pusieron una multa amenazándonos de que si no llamaría a la policía para sacarnos acordonadas puesto que habíamos fumado (y en ningún momento había señales que no había que fumar). Nos han puesto una multa para ganar dinero extra y sin sentido. NO VAYÁIS A ESTE APARTAMENTO
