老人ホームから市役所までわずか数分ですので、コンサートに行くのは素晴らしい場所です。私は1つのEYがあり、窓は通りに面しています。部屋は小さく/きついですが、基本的に短期滞在が必要です。また、ホテルから約200メートル離れたガレージも予約しました。私が言ったことは間違っています(一般的に衛生上の理由でホテルの部屋が好きではありません)。全体的に、次回市役所を訪れるとき、私は一晩を再考します。

ウェストバーンホテルは1950年代の建物で、ほとんどが現代的な基準に更新され、完璧な状態でしたが、古いリフトのようなオリジナルの要素の一部を保ちました(これは非常に遅いです)。私は私の部屋を楽しんだ。唯一マイナスなのは、通りからの交通騒音が通り抜けたことです。ACはなかったのですが、3月に問題ありませんでした。ホテルはウェストバーンホーフ鉄道駅からとても近い場所にあります。駅にはショッピングモールがありました。また、通りの真向かいにスーパーがありました。朝食は本当に良かったです。新鮮なクロワッサン、ブラツウアースト、ボタンを押して新鮮なパンケーキを用意したパンケーキマシンなどがありました。

I arrived late night after a long travel. Was given entry cards to “my” room. Turns out it was someone else’s room and they were startled to hear me attempt to enter their room at midnight. When I finally got to my real room, I was disappointed, small, very low ceilings, no coffee cream/milk, could do with a lick of paint. At breakfast the next day, which was otherwise nicely stocked, they had run out of coffee. Overall my experience was supremely average, and I will not be returning.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying
