ラ ピラミッド パトリック アンリルー(La Pyramide - Maison Henriroux)

This is a very well run and comfortable hotel with excellent service and a reputation for food (the main famous restaurant was closed but the bistrot was very good). The room was quite large and very comfortable and modern, with a balcony as a plus. The hotel has its own closed-off parking area, which is free for guests. A little outside the center, you need a car to get around. My room rate (off-season and not on Thursday through Sunday when the foodies arrive) was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienne, where there are several sights to see.

Very warm welcome, attentive staff. Great combination of high-class restaurant with an upper-scale hotel togehter - we booked both which was a great idea and very convenient. The property has a secure parking inside which we found useful. Rooms are a bit small but well equipped and with comfy bed - we did not miss anything.

So the hotel is nice but nothing incredible. However… the restaurant…. OMG!! This is another level! For the foodies amongst you.. this is a not to be missed restaurant. Ambience, decor, it’s ok.. from that side it wins no points. But the food makes up for everything. Exceptional! One of the best in the world!! From someone who has eaten in the best around the world that’s saying something. If you are ever, remotely close… stay at the hotel and eat in this restaurant!! You will thank me for the rest of your days!

The hotel was simply excellent. The room is perfect and bathroom beautifull, excellently working AC, super clean, we basically have nothing to complain about. Parking is inside the estate, the only disadvatage is a very limited places that are covered. Overall, we were very happy. Yes and when we were leaving after payment, we received bottle of water (we were asked whether still or sparkling). A nice little courtesy I often miss even in good hotels.

the stay in the hotel was next to perfect, upon arrival the staff at the reception were very professionnal, secured parking place, cushion for our dog was already prepared, the blue bar had a lot of delicious cocktails, restaurant was absolutely tasty, the room was clean and noisyless, a really great service under all aspects

A lovely Hotel beautiful Gardens amazing food 2 laundrettes within walking distance. The town want far away so other food choices close by. The Bed was comfortable the shower was good and the staff were amazing. The Garden is what I enjoyed most so relaxing and had a great positive atmosphere

Outstanding food and highest quality modern design of hotel. Excellent place to stay in Vienne close to Lyon. We stayed for 1 night after driving back from Aix-en-Provence. The hotel was a convenient place to stay close to Lyon Saint-Exupéry International Airport. Next time we’ll stay for a couple of nights and dine at the Restaurant Patrick Henriroux. Highest recommendation.

This was the worst hotel and restaurant experience I have had in years and my business is in the travel and hospitality industry arranging private luxury travel for small private clients in the wine and tourism business sector. Everything from A/C nor working, no maintenance personnel on premise; 1 person working at the hotel and they could not leave the front desk to a 2-star Michelin restaurant that uses paper napkins for dinner and serves a steak that is .5" thick and burnt. You can't cut it with a knife. Asking for your order before they even provide a drink menu or take your order. No one asks how your meal is. Wait staff is in dirty jeans and shirts. You have to go to the hotel front desk to pay for you meal. No restaurant manager to speak with. Disgusting. McDonalds would have been better. This from a Michelin restaurant and Relais & Chateaux property? Never again. Shameful.

We had an accessible room - it was so nice that it looked good as well as being practical. Plenty of space, and a good quality finish. Breakfast was splendid - if expensive at 32 euros. It was a shame that the weather did not allow us to take it outside in the lovely enclosed garden area where we had dinner the previous evening. Service was professional and friendly. Overall a really nice stay.
