Room was clean when we arrived. Breakfast was good. Service was nice as well. Location is great as it is walking distance to Calle Crisologo. Will book this again when in the area. Thank you!

Overall experience is very good with a few suggestions for improvement. The room rate is relatively lower. The facilities are new - freshly painted walls, spotless room, newly built restroom, cool aircon, and free parking. The staff are very friendly as well. The hotel location is still near Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos, less than 10 minutes walk. There is a tight road going there and after the short bridge, the vicinity becomes residential and dimly lit at night. The hotel seems newly built and still lacks a few necessities in the family room: bidet, shower heater, shower partition/curtain. The wifi signal is strong in the hallways (at room 12) but very weak inside the room. Overall, the hotel has a strong potential to be a perfect alternative to established hotels in Vigan if they can improve further.

私たちは家族と一緒にここに 1 泊しました。部屋は清潔で整頓されていますが、部屋内のシャワーエリアとトイレエリアにはTLCが必要です。ティッシュは提供されていません。シャワーヘッドは錆だらけで正常に機能していません。トイレのエリアにはビデがなく、シンクの位置により移動するのが非常に困難です。お一人様あたりの朝食セットをご用意しております。 （130ペソ相当） 駐車場は敷地内にあります。ゲストが早めに出発する場合でも遅れが生じないため、レセプションエリアに常に人がいるか、敷地内に警備員がいると良いでしょう。ロンガニサのベンダーの横にもあるので、卸売業者だと思いますので、手元にあると便利ですし、クリソロゴ通りまで行く必要はありません。このホテルはビガンの主要観光スポットの近くにあります。でも、渋滞するほど近くはないです。これはパガドポッドに行くための停留所でした。

Excellent stay and customer service was top notch. The staff were all kind and hospitable. They were kind enough to allow us to check in early since we were too exhausted from the trip. They were able to provide recommendations on places to visit and places to eat at upon check in. Wifi was not too reliable but other than that, the place was clean including the bathroom, air conditioning worked well, and parking was right in front. The tourist spots were in walking distance but we opted to use tricycles. Overall, we were impressed by this accomodation. Oh and they offered free breakfast which was another plus.

A simple hotel but very comfortable. It was only a few minutes away from the main Plaza and Calle Crisologo.

The staff were friendly and nice. The ac works and the room/bathroom is clean. Will come back here again.
