NQ ホテル オリノキア(NQ Hotel Orinoquia)

I rented the whole hotel for my wedding weekend in July. I had friends and family stay here. They made my dream wedding come true. The service the management team were so helpful with everything that had to do with the hotel and my wedding. They were attentive and very accommodating. I’m thankful I had them help me host my wedding and pool party wouldn’t want it any other way!

One word..Incredible! I had my wedding here back in July with 50 Americans. The employees and owner's made everyones stay perfect. They were very accommodating. The owner went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was everything I could ask for. Trust me, my wife was flushed with joy. I can't wait to go back!

They are thieves. I reserved and paid a deposit of over 700,000 peses. Due to road closures and a bridge collapsing the hotel agreed to refund my money. After they canceled the reservation they told me they were going to keep 10% due to "administrative fees"; they should have disclosed this before. Then they said I'd receive the refund in 30-60 days. Now 70+ days have passed and they haven't paid me, although they have promised to do so various times. Whatever you do I would avoid paying them anything beforehand because they are unethical and will keep it.

This was our first time in Colombia & NQ created a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, the staff were welcoming & eager to please. Immediately, the panoramic scenes will fully immerse you into Colombia’s breathtaking nature. The rooms were clean & comfortable with plenty of space. Their food was delicious & always prepared fresh. The friendly staff were consistent in their presence and accommodations throughout our entire stay. Thank you, NQ, for making our experience so enjoying & memorable!

Amazing experience with great rooms and staff. Went back in July with my family and girlfriend. We had such a great time. Food was also good. My favorite was the fish for dinner. Staff was so polite and helpful thur out the whole trip. Definitely will be going back soon

My Boyfriend and I were invited to stay here at NQ for our friend’s wedding and they couldn’t have picked a better place! The staff was very welcoming and helpful as well as the owner ! Their meals were delicious every time , they have beautiful outdoor seating an amazing pool and comfortable rooms to stay in !! Close to the hotel are a lot of restaurants with amazing music drinks and food as well! Definitely worth the travel and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Colombia! Thank you NQ for an excellent experience!

Great place but they have to fix the issue with the water. First day it was normal, but after the rain it was like sewage water. The people that work here are EXCELLENT. The actual hotel is beautiful. The ambiance is amazing. It's just the plumbing has to be fixed or they have to be prepared to refund guests. They will keep your money regardless of what malfunctions. Not good business.

Excelente opción en Villavicencio para hospedaje, comida deliciosa, contacto con la naturaleza y la piscina espectacular. Nos gusto mucho. Sin duda volvería lo mejor es que son Pet Friendly a hay unos gatitos super lindos.

Es un excelente lugar, con habitaciones muy amplias y temáticas de la región, es un lugar para conectar con la naturaleza, salir de la rutina y aprender sobre la cultura llanera, el desayuno fue excelente, muy completo y delicioso, la amabilidad del personal y disposición de responder nuestras dudas y asesorarnos sobre planes y lugares para que nuestro viaje fuera inolvidable, sin duda volveremos.
