Everything was nice. The check-in time is until 22:00 due to the availability of reception, so plan it well before coming.

This hotel cancelled our booking the night before we were due to check in. They had already taken a part payment from us. I tried to call them and ask why and the rude woman just hung up on me. They eventually said we can rebook the room at a higher price. This was on the night before the champions league final so they obviously just wanted more money. AVOID, and book somewhere else, unless you want them to steal your money like they did to us.

The reception and cleaning staff were lovely but the room was below good. The tap was not screwed in and it was small and scruffy.
Also I was next to the hallway door so was kept up by it slamming all night.

Super hôtel environnement sympa , personnel au top , perdu sur le perif avec les travaux l'homme d'accueil qui avait fini son service est resté une heure de plus au téléphone pour me guider jusqu'à l'hotel , Arrivé presque minuit le monsieur très sympathique à eu la patience de m'attendre et je le remercie de m'avoir guidé .

Le personnel de l'hôtel était vraiment très accueillant et très professionnel.
Le souci a été d'ordre sonore. Certains clients ne tiennent pas compte du fait que les murs sont fins, que l'insonorisation est quasi inexistante. Je suis venue à Villeneuve pour travailler ; les nuitées dans ces conditions ne m'ont pas permis le repos requis. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour de travail.

Hôtel très bien situé pour un concert au Stade de France. Accueil très sympathique, personnel charmant. Petit déjeuner correct. Parfait pour y passer une ou deux nuits. Chambre convenable, literie relativement confortable. Seul bémol : mal insonorisé, nous entendions des gens parler dans le couloir la nuit.
