ホープ レイク ロッジ & インドア ウォーターパーク(Hope Lake Lodge & Indoor Waterpark)

Our room was wonderful and very well stocked. The bathroom needed just a few small updates, our toilet moved and made a loud noise when you got up after using it. And the shower head needed to be replaced. We will absolutely be back again.

We had an excellent stay at a hotel with a cosy environment that made us feel at home. The incredible waterpark and friendly staff added to the overall experience. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

The room was large with a full kitchen and dining table. Enjoyed having the water park available for the kids, along with the Edgewater cafe. Charter’s was nice and when it was closed I bought a delicious panini in the gift shop area. Location was an easy drive to the places I needed to go. The only negative to mention is that the carpeted area of the room was stained and frayed and needed to be replaced.

Everything in this hotel was amazing. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. My family loved it. The restaurants have amazing food. We are definitely going to return.

We arrived in a Wednesday and everything that we could possibly do was either closed or just not happening. The cafe at Starbucks closed very early, Carvers wasn’t open, there have fired outside that wasn’t happening and going for a morning swim wasn’t possible because checkout is at 11 and that’s when the pool opens. The room was nice but there was a big wet stain on the carpet but otherwise clean. The lobby smelled like it had been flooded and then not properly dried out.

There was water damage in the walls of our hotel room. We told the staff twice about the damage but no proper response was assured. Besides from the water damage in our hotel it was a good visit:

3 kids and 2 adults. Stayed for a night and really enjoyed it. The water park portion was a little smaller than expected, but great for three youngsters. Room was comfortable and offered all the things we needed. Even Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. We would stay again if in the area.

I liked th outdoor pool and jacuzzi. I wish we could've stayed one more night, I kept asking but the hotel was booked. The bathroom desperately needed a fan! After showering, all the mirrors were steamed over and stayed like that for quite awhile.

The room was amazing and clean, and the overall experience of the hotel itself was great. The restaurant was awesome and the food and service were also great. Only complaint is the cleanliness of the pool area. Was napkins, straw wrappers and other garbage on the floor around the edge of the pool and area between indoors and outdoors. Granted people are gross that just leave their garbage lay around, but with the amount of workers that were in that area someone should have been walking around sweeping. Only time I saw it was when it was closing time.
