Aqua Vista Resort Hotel

This hotel is managed and operated like a cheap sleazy motel. The management is rude and aggressive in speaking with them over the course of the stay. The housekeeping team does not clean there was hair all over the room, mirrors all smudged, dirty shower and toilet. The beds had sand in them also. The air conditioner was leaking and loud. Sand all in the shower and bathroom floor. We checked in at 350pm that gave them more than enough time to clean properly. I wanted an early check in and I’m glad I didn’t get it because the room would have been even worse than what it was!!!! Never again will I book with them!! Horrible horrible service and stay!

The property is definitely in maintenance, there were construction workers at the facility which isn’t bad or anything just makes it feel like the hotel isn’t inhabitable, makes things dusty and you feel like you’re at a hazardous environment. The room bed had SAND and they cut off the water for a whole hour, please do not have this hotel up for business when it’s clearly not ready. Had to go down stairs for a shower curtain because it was missing one and they have no laundry room. The parking is behind the Harvest restaurant. The positive thing about the hotel is the view and the staff is friendly.

Thie used to be a a super 8, and nothing with being a super 8 but the customer service was bad, and hotel itself was dirty and moldy and dead roaches, i have never ever been in a place that bad, lesson learn, that ill taje deeper look into anyother hitel. I wish i had a refund to go somewhere else. ******* cuatomer service helped a bit. the receptionist was mad because i called *******, but im the one who should have been. and checking out, nobody in front desk. they need to be report to health department

Is this property currently being renovated?? We needed one night to rest so we could keep driving - and this place was the first one under 100 we could find for just a few hours. You totally get what you pay for. The front desk gentleman, was a total sweet heart, but after the lobby, you enter another world… one right out of a horror movie! Old stained and dirty carpets, dead bugs in the hall, rusty metal lamps, doors and doorframes broken, holes in the drywall, poorly painted. It all honestly was like someone hired a crack head with ADHD to do all the cosmetic fixes and gave him a 2 dollar budget and empty promise… I legit checked to make sure there weren’t any cameras in the room, and no way for anyone to get into it while I was there. I think the dead roach I saw by the pool entrance died of shock! Sorry not sorry. Do not recommend.
