安靜的酒店，早餐種類不多，衞生很好

A very nice and calm hotel. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant. A great place to relax after a long day accompanying students on a school trip who were staying with host families. Will definitely rebook at a Fletcher Hotel next time I am in the Netherlands.

Room was old and outdated. Nothing like the picture on the Orbitz website. Heater in bathroom didn’t work. Very loud at night and smell from restaurant kitchen in room. Not worth the money. Doesn’t compare well at all to other Fletcher properties

The staff was very nice but when i got the room the heater was off and it was so cold.

Hotel terrible, beds extremely uncomfortable. Rooms are damp and feel unkept. Needs renovation urgently! Food in restaurant was great!

Location is good. Room a little outdated, but clean. Staff is excellent.

My experience at the Fletcher Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. I arrived late at 12am, having booked last minute. The evening receptionist gave me my card key, and I proceeded to shower and relax in my room. However, at 1am, I was startled by a persistent knock on my door. I felt vulnerable, not wearing any clothes, but assumed it was a guest who had mistakenly chosen the wrong room. To my horror, the knocking continued, with no explanation or movement from the other side. After three minutes, another knock, and my unease grew. I finally asked who was there, and to my disbelief, it was the night receptionist. His reason for being at my door at 1am? "Breakfast." I shouted a resounding NO and quickly locked the door. I was a solo female traveler, in the dead of night, and the person responsible for the hotel's security was knocking on my door for no valid reason. He lingered outside for an agonizing five minutes before I heard noises from the room next to mine. This experience was not just uncomfortable; it was profoundly inappropriate and alarming. I felt trapped, with nowhere to turn. Paying 100€ for a good night's sleep should not entail being disturbed by the night receptionist under such unsettling circumstances. I clutched my aluminum water bottle in fear, fearing he might attempt to enter my room. That night, I barely slept. I cannot stress this enough: If you are a woman traveling alone, AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. The Fletcher Hotel provided me with an experience that was not only uncomfortable but also deeply distressing.

Sadly a poor dated hotel, lacks on the general basics, no tea/coffee facilities, not even a bottle of water, was charged 4 euro for a bottle, no hairdryer. Service in bar/restaurant was very slow, hardly any staff. I wouldn't recommend , more so that the night prior i stayed in another hotel in Eindhoven, it was same price per night but top class compared to this one!! Location not great either.

I like the breakfirst, but the beds were too soft and the walls very thin.
