Was told my room would be ready in an hour, so I came back in two hours. When I got my hotel room key, I went to my hotel, but when I opened it, there were people already there and they had the security bar on the door. I told the hotel clerk and she didn't know how they got in there. I decided to leave due to safety concerns. I was promised a refund on July 1st, but it is July 24th and I still have not received my refund. Lots of shady characters were lurking around the property. Trip.com should not have this hotel available if they care about their customers.
