Premier Inn Newcastle (Washington)

Jack and Sharon made sure our breakfast was on point and couldn't do enough for us.. very friendly and welcoming... highly recommended... well done guys..

Well what can i say 10 - 10, me and my partner spent the weekend here. And was over the moon with our room , very clean great bed and everyone had a smile with the hotel staff. we had breakfast on 2 mornings and we could not fault the service with Sharon and Jack , they make your morning in my opinion , cant fault them both. the breakfast was 10-10. Les and Chris do an excellent job in the kitchen.Well done to everyone on reception , if you need a few nights away around newcastle area, i can highly reccommend this hotel. thanks guys keep up the great work

We have stayed in the hotel several times now and cant rate it high enough for value and service , tge staff are always pleasant and helpful . Tge breakfast is always freshly cooked and generoys and the staff at breakfast , Jack , Sharon and les cant do enough for you , a great way to begin yiur day

The room etc was standard Premier Inn - clean and tidy. Shout out to the very friendly staff, especially the lady who looked after us at breakfast - she was excellent! Many thanks

Not the best stay we have had. Room smelled of smoke. Night receptionist agreed but did nothing about it. Hair drier mediocre. Cheap shower curtain. Only way could watch the television with a crick in my neck. Didn't have their breakfast as last time we stayed here it was awful. Rooms have gone down hill we wont be back.

Stopped here a few times when working away. The staff are always friendly and helpful especially Janice on reception who managed to move me to a room more suited to my liking even the the hotel was busy. The breakfast are always perfect cooked to order and Jack the staff member who is there at breakfast always makes you feel welcome and helps with anything you require. Will definitely stop here again.

Beautiful Premier Inn in prime location for our stay for a family wedding. Quiet and relaxing before and after, the beds are so comfy. Although didn't have a carvery on this trip at the Toby next door,will certainly include for our next stay, had a very pleasant couple of nights and the staff were fantastic!

We needed to extend our stay due to our work schedule changing, Janice on reception was extremely helpful and friendly, she even managed to keep all three of us in the same rooms at very short notice, an overall great stay and perfect service from reception.

Great staff and very quiet. Excellent customer service and will be back. Staff are so helpful and go above and beyond. Breakfast was all you could eat with a decent array of things to have. I hVe stayed here a few times and look forward to going back.
