「あらゆる点で素晴らしいので、強くお勧めします！家族旅行やビジネスミーティングに最適です。 場所は大興市Pangezhuangにあり便利です。ホテルの建物はスペイン風の内外装デザインで、特にレストランと熱帯雨林の温泉がお気に入りです。ウォーターワールドのプールは美しく、水質も良好です。ホテル以外にも邸宅全体に別荘地、カンファレンスセンター、温泉、老人ホームなどがあり、計画性も良く、周囲のデンマークの町もとても静かです。 ロビーマネージャーのドンマネージャーはとても思いやりがあり、協調性があります。客室係の張彩芳さんは熱心で思いやりがあり、ウェルカムフルーツや加湿器を特別に送っていただき、子供用のトイレタリーバッグも高品質でした。」

「There was a traffic jam of 10 minutes upon arrival at the hotel as many cars stop to drop off passengers at the entrance of hotel lobby. At the reception, there was a kid who kept playing with strap of the standee while grandparent and mother were talking to the receptionist. The standee dropped but the guardians did little to tell the kid that she should not play about with the standee, to avoid getting hurt. The bedroom is large and spacious with elegant touch of decor but the toilet needs to be dated as there are some cracks on its wall. The breakfast was OK but could have been better. The coffee machine were spurting hot steam suddenly that it took me in surprise as I was afraid the hot water will suddenly splash on me. There was no staff attending nearby as everyone was busy cleaning, serving and broadcasting. There were some adult and kids openly coughing to the food on the counter, which is rather unhygienic. Small kids were running around or dropping food everywhere with adults not seemingly minding them. Some adults were seen picking on their nose or rubbing their feet while eating. For the hot spring, it was too crowded with people at the pool and everywhere else, where people need to queue for a long time. There were kids jumping at the fish area where some fish passed on, parents didn't bother to mind the kids as they were on their phone. Staff had trouble controlling the crowds. Again safety issues should be seen to it. It would be good to see more prominent signs to remind the adults to mind their kids at all time, instead of looking at their handphone. The concierge was helpful with the luggages.」

「moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. The GRO, Holiday, was especially helpful and always attentive to our needs throughout our stay. All the staff were brilliant with both us and our children – a special thank you to Adam, who went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt at home. Bubble was also amazing with the kids, and they absolutely adored the Mini Club! The activities were engaging and fun, and Nindi not only ran great sessions with the children but also looked after us so well outside of Mini Club too. The food was excellent – with a great variety of both Chinese and Western dishes to suit all tastes. We enjoyed it so much that we’ve already booked again to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommended for families!」

「旧正月の2日目に、家族3人で温泉に浸かることにしました。今回はガーデンホテルを選びました。これまではいつも温泉ホテルに泊まっていましたが、部屋は広くて、同じ価格で快適！ 春節の時期は確かに人が多いです。混雑していない時間帯に食事をしたり、温泉に入ったりできます。部屋に暖房付きの物干しラックがあるのは最高です。水着もすぐに乾きます。 ダイソンのヘアドライヤーもとても便利です。ティーセットもあります。夕方に子供たちにおやつを与えました。 【食事】ランリズィレストランで2人分のビュッフェディナー：このレストランで初めて食事をしました。バイオリニストがいます。メインは火鍋です。」

「If you want to go Universal Studios, and if you come with your family I think this is the best place to stay, have Shutter Bus service ride you there everyday. - Nice service and helpful staff.Thanks a lot. - For breakfast food not many choice compare to previous hotel I stayed last 3 days. also the taste of food, not my favourite, maybe because im a foreigner so the taste not what I like. - The room is big and clean but have one point that they maybe not notice something look like footprint on the bedspread. By the way, when i tell the staff about this problem, she help to change it with speed. Professional staff👍 Thank you. - Big Location have park& playground and next to the park. In hotel area also have big birdcage that you can see rabbit, bird and peacock , they are so cute 🥰 - Restaurants and shopping mall near by, easy to find something to eat and shopping. Thanks you anyway, when I want to go Universal Studios i will stay there again.」

「We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter’s 4th birthday and the new year. Location is great, away from the city hustle and delivery services for food and other things are all within 30mins. Service is great and most of the reception staff speaks english, which makes it even more pleasant to stay as a foreigner. Most rooms accommodates two adults and two kids (baby and toddler). Your money is worth every penny at this hot springs resort!」

「Everything about the hotel was wonderful except the location. The rooms are giant, very comfortable bed, the breakfast was delicious and a mix of western and Chinese, the hot spring was very relaxing. (Some features of the hot springs were closed). The downside is that it’s 90 minutes from the city center, 90 minutes from Capital airport, and 30 minutes north of the Great Wall. If you want a quiet and relaxing getaway that is away from the Beijing crowds, and closer to the Great Wall, then this hotel is perfect. Perfect for families with children.」

「Review: Stay Home This trip was like an encounter with prehistoric man and a case study of a failed business combined. If you book a standard room, you will be taken away from the five star reception area to another building which has the decor and standards of a thirty year old hotel. Faded carpets, peeling walls, smelly interiors, uncleaned floors and rooms which are impossible to heat. But it was just about liveable, in that it had a bed and hot water. What totally failed to impress were the amenities. We'd come for the children's stuff, the little zoo, water park and others. The price of these are not included in the hotel, and for each experience they charge adults and baby to the tune of 80rmb, meaning you will spend quite a bit to use it all. As soon as I saw the children's rides I became depressed, they were rusting and looked murderous, as if the nuts and bolts would be dislodged and explode fatally in all directions if a kid shook too heavily on the things. To even use anything suggested you'd become unclean as well. Then you attempt to ask staff something but stop when you realise how futile it would be to address someone with one eye in its forehead and the other in its chin, with their peers boasting similarly fascinating facial misalignments. An hour of that and we wanted to leave, including our baby. She would have been much happier at home playing with her toys, or rather just happy at home doing anything than being at the Nirvana resort. Anyway, the swimming pool is not free either, they will charge you 58 a person including child. When I went to ask about a swim, staff were downright stunned I'd walked in to ask such a question, watching as I entered and left with hillbilly intensity and incomprehension. You can see the park had a lot of money invested in it before, way back in the misty past, but I can't see them recouping their losses. The resort is a grab money scheme with separate interests taking care of, or neglecting, what is on offer. I can't see them attracting a moneyed middle class without a total overhaul. On the plus side, my wife and I did have a good laugh about how bad it was and the fact we'd packed for a few days in expectation of a holiday, but found ourselves cancelling after an hour. The reception was helpful with this and refunded our money. The staff are well meaning in a vacuous kind of way, going about their duties as the whole place drops about them, broken lifts, falling plaster, water leaks and all. But to be sincerely positive, the gardens are pleasant along with the lake and ducks.」

「來看開往春天的列車，訂了一晚民宿。 民宿所在地離居庸關、水關和八達嶺都很近，10來分鐘的車程，出行便利。 居住的房間有兩張1.8的床，我們住了4大一小很寬敞。房間還有一個下沉地台客廳，一家人一起泡茶聊天很舒適。房間的窗外就可以看到長城號列車經過，還能看到對對面滿山的春花，是個很棒的觀景台。但是列車經過的時候有點吵。 最後也是對民宿提的一點提升，就是房間的衞生希望能提升一下，雖然床單被褥還是乾淨的，但是地板很臟，廁所下水道味道也比較重。 民宿的早餐自助餐也算豐富，門口的嘎嘎香鐵鍋燉也好吃。 整體來説還是很推薦的，性價比很高！」
