クアラルンプールでおすすめの水遊び場付きホテル

「3泊予約しました。 初日チェックイン時、フロントの女性スタッフから部屋がアップグレードされ、KLタワー側の部屋になったと伝えられました。しかし、午後6時か7時頃に騒音がひどく、部屋の変更をフロントに依頼しましたが、空き部屋はないとのことでした。ただ、チェックインから夜寝るまでに3、4回出入りしましたが、そのフロアには他に宿泊客がほとんどいないようでした。夜12時近くになると、外のバイクの騒音がひどく、大人も子供も眠れず、フロントに苦情を申し出たところ、深夜12時に高層階のプール側の部屋に替えてもらえました。 2日目の朝は、全く外出する気になれず、朝食後に急遽予定を変更し、ホテルで一日休養することにしました。夜になると、夫がバスルームのトイレを使っている最中に、突然真上から水が流れ落ちてきて、服や床が濡れてしまいました。修理担当者が確認に来ましたが、一時的には修理できないとのこと。またもや夜12時に部屋を替えることになり、本当に大変でした。 全体的にスタッフの対応や積極性は高くありませんでした。施設のメンテナンス、サービス態度、効率は、とても5つ星ホテルの水準には達していません。 ホテルの朝食と夕食を予約しましたが、全体的には良かったです。初日の夕食はシンプルな洋食のコースでしたが、その後の2日間はシーフードビュッフェで、種類も豊富でした。」

The beds are very comfortable with crisp clean linen ghat elevates the overall stay. The friendly and attentive manager gives the facility a personal welcoming touch. Highly recommend to fellow travellers seeking modern comfort and cleanliness.」

「立地が最高で、ウォーターパークに直結しています。部屋も広くて、サンウェイラグーンナイトパークを楽しむならここが一番ですね。部屋も広いし、コストパフォーマンスも素晴らしいです。」

「タワービューの部屋にアップグレードしてもらえてラッキーでした。部屋からツインタワーが見え、ロケーションもツインタワーから徒歩10分少々と非常に便利です。ただ、地下鉄の駅からは少し距離があります。屋外プールからはツインタワーは見えませんでしたが、子供向けのプール施設が充実していて、大人は少し物足りないかもしれません。サービス態度は良く、夜も騒音はほとんどありませんでした。」

「出張での利用でしたが、環境は良かったです。ただ、使い捨てスリッパがなかったので、あればもっと良かったですね。朝食は種類が豊富で、スペースも広く、雰囲気も良かったです。車での移動だったので、遠いとは感じませんでした。」

「最高の体験ができました。部屋は広くとても快適デザインも素敵。プールは3つもあり、子ども達も、とても満足でした。平日だったから、滞在している人も少なかったよう。食べるのが大好きば私たちは、朝夕のビュッフェもとても気に入りました。味は美味しい、それに色々な国の食事もバラエティーに揃えてあり、great‼　3泊しましたが、飽きるなんてことがなかったです。フレンドリーなシェフたちとの会話も楽しめました。ライブミュージックも素晴しかったです。 面倒見が良いTimさんとの出会いも、私達滞在を大変心地よくしてくれました。必ず、また泊まりにきたいです。 We had the most wonderful experience! The room was spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully designed. There were three pools, which kept the kids more than happy. Since it was a weekday, it felt like there weren’t many other guests, which made our stay even more relaxing. As food lovers, we absolutely enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, everything was delicious, with a great variety of dishes from different countries. We stayed for three nights and never got tired of the selection. We also had fun chatting with the friendly chefs, and the live music was fantastic. Meeting Tim, who was so attentive and caring, made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely love to come back again!」

「the pool & gym is good and have great view outside, u can walk and use monorail/lrt/mrt . only 7minutes from the hotel. For the room.. i got level 27 which is great and city view and pretty, but wifi very slow. i request syampoo and soap because the room does not provide it, it takes about 50mins+ to get to my room huhu, but overall, 6/10👍🏻」

「Bilik semua OK, host pun friendly. Cara utk checkin pun mudah. Sama macam hotel, kena bayar deposit tp jgn risau after checkout host akan refund semula. Parking pun disediakan. Kemudahan dlm bilik pun lengkap. Keseluruhannya, stay sini semuanya OK.」

「衛生面は改善が必要です。非常に不衛生な感じがして、使用後にかゆみを感じました。立地は素晴らしく、とても新しく、チェックインも簡単です。チェックインは時間通りに行うべきです。グループでの利用には非常に費用対効果が高く、階下には多くのレストランがあり、とても便利です。」
