Chambre très agréable (disposition des meubles et a**osphère au top) matelas confortable et produits pour le corps de haute qualité. Wifi déplorable, papier toilettes produit blanc ( hôtel 4 étoiles ?) et il ne fait jamais totalement noir la nuit malgré les volets descendus. Pas de chaussons ou peignoirs, que l’on pourrait attendre avec ce « standing » qui nous est vendu car nous avions pris une chambre avec accès Gym/Welness/Spa Petit déjeuner correct avec des produits frais. Faites attention à votre facture car l’on peut donner votre numéro de chambre sans vérification dans les divers restaurants de l’hôtel sans que personne ne vérifie. Le rapport qualité/prix par rapport à la concurrence n’est pas au niveau.

Tolles Hotel mit coolen Zimmer und einen einzigartigen SPA. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften kostenlos früher ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Es hatte alles was wir brauchten. Die Musikbox von Marshall, super coole Idee. Tolle Dusche und bequemes Bett mit schöner Aussicht. Der SPA ist sehr gross und sehr schön gestaltet. Das Beste daran ist aber, dass dieser nur für Erwachsene ist und dadurch keine schreienden Kinder das Ambiente zerstören konnten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

L’hotel è molto grande, davvero molto bello e tutto di qualità. Il personale molto gentile, la colazione è davvero ottima, l’unica cosa si perdono un po’ nei dettagli che contraddistingue un hotel di categorie elevata. La camera bella ma sicuramente non è da un hotel da quattro stelle.

Client uniquement pour la salle de sport et son spa, personnel agréable, installations super propres et luxueuses, cadre verdoyant et vraiment sympa pour faire du sport en toute tranquilité. En gros un havre de paix en plein Bruxelles, très rare!

Don’t be fooled by all the design, hospitality worse than in any hotel I’ve been to. Every interaction with the staff was rude and the attitude dismissive. Even though the spaces are absolutely beautiful and the rooms furnished with local design pieces and a good mattress, the impression the hospitality leaves could not be worse. They obviously try to economize on staff and employ unexperienced young staff who perhaps know how to handle the Mix version of customer interaction( through a WhatsApp group)but have zero actual people skills. This is based on an experience of two stays of 3/4 days each. Came here for the building and was very disappointed with the hotel.

Il est important pour un hôtel d'offrir un service clientèle respectueux et professionnel à tous les clients, qu'ils viennent une fois par mois ou plus souvent. Avoir un réceptionniste comme Monsieur KALY (avec un Y c'est plus classe pour lui c'est ça façon de me le dire sans gêne) désagréable et irrespectueux peut nuire à l'image de l'hôtel et à sa réputation. Il pourrait être bénéfique d'en discuter avec la direction ou les responsables des ressources humaines pour trouver une solution à ce problème.

The reakfast food is disappointed. Breakfast service is unsatisfactory. The rooms are poor soundproofing. Rooms are "chic" that's it. The personal at the reception is very nice and kinD.

Stayed here a few times with work now and I absolutely love it. The setting in the woods, the enormous rooms, the great bar and breakfast.. above all though, the quality of the health club is amazing.. I love the pools, the steam rooms and sauna.. I always make sure I make time to visit... Location for visiting Brussels is not great, but our offices are in the building so it's just perfect
