Great hotel! We really liked that the rooms are located in separate cabins — it creates a very cozy atmosphere. The location was also very convenient. The only downside was that we didn’t know the building with the pool, hot tub, and sauna was under renovation. We were a bit disappointed, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. Also, the floor above us was extremely squeaky, so we could hear almost every step from the guests upstairs. If we stay at this hotel again, we’ll definitely ask for a room on the second floor.

Was very disappointed , I booked two rooms and I get room not in the same building . When I ask at the cou ter there no explanation. Bed on bare plywood box with metal each side need more precautions to walk as easily can hurt toes. Hot water tap in wrong direction easily to get burn ,it supposed hot on left but hot on right . Doir to balcony missing glass panel. Reception woman was rude as well.wrong info and explanation. Key to the room 1907 doesn't work properly . Very disgusting and disappointed for what I was planning. Will never refer people due to bad experiences.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The room had a disgusting smell and the carpet was sticky. We booked a room that clearly listed a kitchen as an amenity, but we were downgraded without proper explanation. The pool was under construction, and we were not notified ahead of time. We were celebrating a special occasion, and this experience ruined it. The front desk staff were not very helpful or accommodating. Definitely not recommended, and we won’t be coming back.

Hotel was great everything was great but both beds were sagged in the middle comfortable at first but after all night not so much otherwise no complaints

Beautiful area! Will come back, due to weather areas were closed but I made the best of it. The village was absolutely beautiful and perfect!

The hotel's location is very easy to find. The people on the front desks are welcoming and accommodating to everyone checking in. My friends and I went to Waterton for the long weekend and the room we got is nice and homey. I haven't got the chance to take a photo of the room but here are some activities and places we have visited around the area.

Front desk is nice

房間乾淨舒適、房間沒電梯，如有大件行李可以先跟前台說明安排1樓房間。酒店距離Warterton lake湖濱很近, Cameron瀑布走路就可以的到。早上房間外面就可以看到野手動物覓食。

定的平頂房間，但是給的是斜頂。感覺預訂的房型在前台那根本沒用。而且，我們是幾家朋友一起去的，根本沒有貼心的詢問，安排在一棟或者挨着的，太隨意了，導致我們五家人安排在了三棟房子，且都不挨着。但是有個playground還挺好的。幸虧攜程的酒店客服服務還不錯。

酒店位置很好，房間乾淨整潔，服務人員熱情專業，入住體驗非常滿意。早餐種類豐富，周邊交通也很方便，下次還會再來。

飯店本身偏舊，有點小 當天家人 2 間房沒有安排在一起，雖然有註明相鄰 一間 1 樓 一間 2 樓，2 樓相對安靜跟新 當天遇到跳電問題 但整體而言還可以
