ティンバータウン・モーテル(Timbertown Motel)

The room itself was ok & cleaned. Location was fine , walking distance to Timbertown, Bago Tavern & IGA centre. - Customer service was not the best and not very welcoming. - We could hear the conversation from next door room and everything else ( talking on the phone, shower, toilet etc) which was really unpleasant - Spa/ pool area didnot work

The motel wasn't anything close to photos seen on website. Was renovated but toilet and bathroom in old condition. Toilet door sliding loose when closed had 5cm gap which can see inside. The door was swing loos in either side you push. Next door guest had party outside room, drinking ,talking and laughing loud until morning and my wife had to tell them off util they stop and we could sleep after. We called them before arriving and the lady on the phone wasn't welcoming and friendly. We had room for two night but really wanted to leave after first night but couldn't book anywhere else. Unlike night morning was good for sleeping. Wauchap city was nice little town next to place for having breakfast and some shopping.

Looking at the property it looks very dated however I was pleasantly surprised as the room was lovely.

Room smelt terrible and wasn’t properly cleaned, the amenities (shower gel, shampoo, etc) appeared to have been used previously and a new “sealed” sticker just placed over them, towels (which were left on the bed) had some sort of faeces and mold growing on them. When taking the towels down to reception to advise we were told “but they’re clean, they were folded so they’re clean” when they clearly weren’t, and no new towels were even offered. No daily service to make beds or provide further towels or amenities if you’re there for multiple nights. Lip on shower not the best and water flowed into other areas of the bathroom. We would not stay again.

Thank God I rang a few days before arriving as they had my booking as a cancellation. Jo who I spoke to was able to accommodate us though. The room itself was spacious. The milk in the fridge was frozen unfortunately didn't find that out until late in the evening. The light switch next to one of the beds needs attending to

The room was clean. Late checking in was easy The layout of the room was “different” seemed like it was going through some sort of transition

I’ve stayed at the same motel on and off for 18 years approximately, meets all our needs and during COVID 19 we isolated there for two weeks

Arrived and the cabin was in immaculate condition, quite and heaps of room for activities. Cozy and a relaxed feeling about it. 10/10

Very clean. The place, however, is a bit run down and some of the fittings are shabby. The absence of any lamps/ bedside lighting means you only have blazing overhead lights or darkness. The staff are pleasant and very efficient.
