Everything was top quality, but service in restaurant was TERRIBLE, understaffed; "hostess" was detached and unavailable. (Waiters were courteous, efficient)
Key card for light operation in room was confusing, didn't really work; temperature control confusing, just turned off and didn't use heat.
Charge for parking was DISGUSTING- first time we had to pay at a Marriot/Bonvoy/Westin property, without getting a free, complimentary validation. And this place was not even a large metropolitan area, and had plenty of parking available. For the amount of money paid per night, parking absolutely should have been included!!!!!!
