We always enjoy our stays at embassy. Great breakfast, pool and courtyard. Nice to hangout and play games in courtyard. Alcohol reception too! Clean and had a nice restaurant too.

The room was clean but there was peeling paint in the bathroom showing some age and wear and tear on the hotel. They offer a complimentary cocktail time every day that was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was also very good with made to order omelets and fresh made blueberry bread. So yummy! The food at the onsight Omaha Steakhouse was ok, nothing special. If in the area again, we would consider staying at this hotel.

Stayed here to host a training for national team memebwrs. They were great with late check ins due to the airline having such issues of canceled and delayed flights and even with a group of about 25. We as well used a meeting space and they were all great at serving lunch.

I didn't like being put in the back of the hotel. My sister has difficulty walking and it was a very long walk back to the cave hall. The reason we picked the hotel was for the atrium. I did not even know there were rooms tucked away in the back hallways.

First, what did I like: Excellent indoor pool and hot tub. Both worked well and were clean. Pool warmer than normal. Fantastic breakfast with omlette bar for made to order. Standard coffee, juices, scrambled eggs, hash browns, pancakes, cereal, fruit, baked goods.... The area is safe with local options to eat nearby and nice restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was included along with two drinks each night from 1700-1900 each day. No issues parking around the hotel each day. Well lit parking. Now, issues: Room (#603) had issues starting with exposed outlet with no cover with exposed wires, another outlet coming off the wall, missing trim work and the barn door into the bathroom was coming off the ceiling about 1 inch, hit the floor which stopped it coming all the way off. No bed sheets in the room to use for the pull out couch, had to request them 3 times before they showed up. Shower had literally no pressure which makes it hard for women with long hair to rinse per my wife. Worst shower pressure I have ever seen and we traveled the world. I reported the outlet issue and they fixed it quickly but not to code. They just put two drywall screws through the cover into the wall. Poor work at best and tells me how they likely maintain this place. First walking in the room looked great then I started noticing the issues. I have pictures but cannot find option to upload them. I want to like this hotel due to location, indoor pool, great breakfast and safe.

Overall, it was a great stay. Love the location and the breakfast is great. The beds were comfortable and room size was nice. The bathroom is too small in my opinion. Staff was friendly.

Our first room had water pouring from the ceiling of the bathroom. Slightly frustrating after a late arrival, however, the staff handled it well and immediately had a different room to live into. They were very friendly and accommodating so there is nothing negative to say about that. The problem is the size and comfort level of the double size beds in the rooms. As a family of five, we selected the two double bed suite with couch for additional sleeper. The double beds are so bad. Two bad nights sleep makes it hard to enjoy the trip. The rooms are plenty large enough l to accommodate a typical sized hotel bed. These are smaller than any other hotel ever. Sadness and sorrow
